Honestly this hotel was great would stay here again if they fix the few issues I had.

Yes the key cards stopped working, not a big deal but definitely a huge inconvenience. The the drain for the sink came apart and leaked everywhere. Unfortunately didnt realized where it was coming from until the morning we were leaving

our ac was broken and we have complained to the front desk at least 5x. they kept saying they will bring someone to fix it but never did. they said the general manager will email us about it but never did too. 3 of my friends had nose bleed from it.

Cleanliness of the Room.

Breakfast, add more varieties of food option better if its like a Buffet style for the hot entrees instead of grab and go meal. Breakfast Sandwich I had at 8am the English muffin bread was too hard so I just toss it in the trash.

Staff both check in and check out were lovely ladies. Very accommodating and friendly.

I booked 3 suites any no one had any complaints. They loved it.

The beds weren’t very comfortable. The queen bed my son slept on crackled every time he turned over. It was pretty loud, woke up every time.

The property was clean and conveniently located.The continental breakfast made it easy and convenient for most people. I like the fact that there was no gambling recreation in this property and no smoking.

At times the animals brought into the property would sound out periodically.

One of our best hotel experiences! Ruth at the front desk was so welcoming. Rooms were immaculate, as was the gym. We look forward to staying here in the future.

This place is a hidden gem with exceptional service!! The daily breakfast offerings were varied providing something for everyone! They are pet friendly and even offer treats for pets! I loved the wrapped apples with the inspirational messages written on them! This place was clean, quiet and smelled fresh all day! I love that the coffee/tea bar offers fresh hot strong coffee all day long!

The room was pleasant and the bed comfortable.

Breakfast was nothing to write home about.

The room was spacious & had a nice kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, etc. There was also a convenient movable desk/table & chair. Breakfast was decent with a variety of choices. The staff were lovely, helpful. All areas within the property were clean & well-organized. The location was perfect for my needs.

The bathroom wasn’t entirely clean & there were only multi-use bath amenities in the shower. I used my own. Also, no bath amenities at all around the sink area, just bar soap. No lotion, bathing cap, mouthwash, etc. It would have been helpful to have bottled water in the room.

The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The location is clean, and quiet with things to do nearby.
