Pros +
- The room
- Very good
- super nice suite! Very Comfortable and well designed areas.. The location is good!, near the strip- (walking distance), pleasant and felt very safe throughout our stay. The only minor drawbacks are the property does not have a casino, although Planet Hollywoods Casino is very close by, and there is no any restaurants or room service available at the property.
Cons -
- Elara Hotel did not provide any explanation about parking at the time of check-in, so we ended up paying for parking and using the parking garage for three days.
- The smell in the parking garage
- I was enjoying my trip to Vegas so much that I wanted to extend my stay and book another day. I was assured this wouldn't be a problem in the evening when I spoke with the front desk, and I proceeded to book another night online as directed and requested to stay in our current room since we had unpacked and were settled in. I went to the front desk first thing the next morning to confirm all was set, and they assured me, assigned my credit card for incidentals for this day, and issued new keys for me for the current room since they were set to expire. My friend and I went out to start our day, and I received a text a bit later informing me that our room is actually unavailable due to monthly maintenance and I'd need to get a new room. Kind of inconvenient but not a huge deal. We weren't able to return to the hotel until later that day (which was not a problem and "no rush" via text from staff) when we planned on getting ready for a show that night. I stopped at the front desk and after speaking with someone who didn't really know what was going on, received a new key for our original room since all of our stuff was still in there, as well as new keys for a new room. We went upstairs and found that the new key for the old room wouldn't work. I was told to come back down again so they could try something else. I'm not sure why someone couldn't come up to me to assist instead of me having to go back and forth multiple times, but eventually they had to give in and had security escort me upstairs so we could pack all of our belongings and move. All in all, the back and forth and moving of rooms took nearly 90 minutes and we were late for our show. None of that mattered to them, and they actually yelled at me across the lobby to call them when we were done changing rooms because their engineering team was "waiting on [me]".

The location was excellent! Everything was near by or a 10-15 minute drive. The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. There was a shopping center connected to the hotel in case we needed to shop or grab food. Everything was great I don’t have any complaints about the hotel. I loved it so much we added an extra day. Highly recommend!
Hotel blamed me for their mishandling of extending a booking - an entirely common thing to do.

Fabulous, clean, convenient, spacious, beautiful facility, ambience complete upscale apartment living… but a hotel. Will do it again.
Our entry was poor, the attendant was bothered and did not approach, greet or welcome us. She barely gave ANY information with a sneering demeanor… no explanations of our options, available choices. She was completely IGNORANT and unlike any staff in hospitality that I have ever met. She was poor. It was not until our departure that another staff member informed us of all that we had missed.

First time visit in Vegas and I loved this hotel. Plenty of staff around to help with any queries. We were located on the 58th floor in one of their newly renovated rooms. Amazing views looking over the strip. If you are lucky enough you will get a partial view of the Bellagio fountains. Very easy to get around.
Very spacious room on the 61st floor, with an amazing view of the city! Easy access to the strip through the miracles mile shop. Also, good access to self parking.
It's a little confusing to access the lobby area for check-in. I had to ask a nice valet gentleman who gave us directions.
We stayed at the Elara for a 4 night Vegas getaway. The room itself was on the 60th floor with spectacular views and high quality finishes evident throughout the space. The accommodation is conveniently located for access to the Las Vegas strip through Planet Hollywood and the Miracle Mile shops.
No smart TV in room and coffee machine wasn't great, but this didn't detract from what was a great overall experience.
The room and hotel was PHENOMENAL! Great access to different shops and restaurants! So comfortable and quiet even while being close to the strip! 10/10 will stay again!!
We asked for additional amenities (more toilet paper and coffee) and it took the staff 3 hours to get only the toilet paper to us. They forgot the coffee. You might as well go to the front desk yourself.

Attentive staff, great location, awesome amenities
The property was clean and close to the strip. The view of the sphere was amazing
I liked everything
I stayed in the 1 bedroom suite and my room was absolutely beautiful! The bed pillows could have been better, but everything else was perfect! I loved the heated toilet with the bidet! I loved that the room had a washer and dryer.
The bed pillows
The room was fantastic. It was modern, fresh and really well cleaned. The views from our room were fantastic.
The pool area needs better shade, it needs umbrella's scattered around as opposed for just the owners. This shouldn't be a perk for owners - I'm sure owners can be given better perks rather then making normal customers suffer.
Great location, clean, and staff was extremely wonderful.
Everything was great
