Jet Luxury Elite at The Signature

I loved the location. I have stayed here before and unfortunately this was by far our worst experience. Getting in and out was a pain, being a valet only hotel, this is a disaster being short staffed. Need to pivot asap. Would keep me from staying again.

As stated above the valet situation was a disaster. I would not stay again to avoid this. Wait times were long coming and going and they were clearly understaffed for the most time consuming part that affected getting out significantly.

Jet Luxury definitely has some really strong potential to be an amazing hotel but there were a couple hiccups when I stayed there. First off, I liked that the hotel wasn't on the strip so I could kind of have a quiet place to rest when I wasn't wanting the hustle and bustle of nighttime vegas. I did walk the strip every night though and it was a short about 10-15 minute walk to the middle of everything so it wasn't bad at all. The room was very spacious, had a fridge, microwave, stove, TV, etc which was GREAT. The view was of the airport so something different than people watching the strip.

. I loved the jet tub BUT when I used it a bunch of seeds and like soap scum kept coming out from the jets and the filter? I had to keep rinsing the tub but after over 30 seeds, a ring of soap scum, and a pube, the tub was finally ready and relaxing! I had a huge issue with the AC while I was there, which is what really sucked. I get hot very easily and no matter how low I set it to, the room constantly felt warm. After the first day I finally messaged the hotel and he did send someone to fix it but they said it needed to be recharged and someone else had to come fix it. I didn't hear anything else the rest of the day and had to message them again the next day. The next day someone else came and said the air was blowing about 72 degrees. Over an hour later and another worker to help, they finally figured out that someone else didn't flip a switch in the room nextdoor or something? Not sure what it was but it got fixed. I would have been livid if it was the summer but thankfully they were able to fix the issue.

I took a bath in the bathtub but I guess it wasn't cleaned. the dirt came out. And also the tv did not work

There are no bidets in the toilet.The stopper on one of the bathroom sink was not functioning properly. (Room 219)

I suffer a concussion, at mgm grand , one the store. Where I had to get medical attention.That was not share to the property management Which cost me out of pocket expenses

The mattress in the main bedroom was very old and wasn’t comfortable at all, and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable with a bad mattress

It was close to all of our showsAnd my wife liked the hot tub, but there was not enough hot water for her to enjoy the jets

It was real dusty, a big dust ball on the bottom of the bed.No, conditioner and not enough hot water

jacuzzi tub was great, view was great, felt secure

no office area with outlets in the common area, limited pool hours/access, wall paint layers were coming off and rug had multiple stains so didn't feel that clean

The Penthouse was very comfy for a family of four. Walkable to anywhere in the southern part of the strip. very good fitness center with machines available all the time. The fitness centre can do with an additional bench. enough toiletries and towels for the four of us. Check in and check out was very trouble free. Overall a well managed property.

Could have done with a washer dryer in the apartment as the common laundry facilities are available only to owners

The property was central on the strip and close to everything you need. The hotel itself has a ton of restaurants, venues and more!

The property is a separate private property from the actual hotel and it took a LONG walk from the room to the main casino/hotel/strip. I wish I knew that prior to bookie.

The hotel itself was amazing. The staff was polite. The valet was polite for the signature hotel jet luxury, which is apparently a third-party the customer service was decent.

The bed was completely horrible, but apparently it’s not the same as a signature hotel beds because they’re not owned by the signature hotel property they’re owned by jet luxury. It was the worst bed we’d ever slept in. And because of the third-party, we didn’t get in room dining, which really sucked.

Staff unhelpful no patio furniture to enjoy the view. No late or early check in or outs. Sent us the long way around the streets not through the skywalk to the MGM. Very helpful to some but not ALL.

Access to other MGM hotels. Spacious room with a nice view. Good price as for Las Vegas. The room was clean. Luggage service after checking out.

The jacuzzi wasn't clean, jets were showing signs of mould.The closest casino is quite a walking distance away - about 8-12 minutes.Valet parking only - it's supposedly free, but you're still expected to tip and accessing your car isn't that easy. Once you check out - you can't access things in your car without retrieving the car - they won't park it back for you.

The hotel's location is ideal - directly connected to MGM Grand with dozens of restaurants within easy walking distance. The property itself is lovely and the convenience of having so many dining and entertainment options nearby really enhanced the stay.

Unfortunately, the mattress was unacceptableI checked out a day early because the bed was simply unbearable. The mattress was visibly sunken and worn out - honestly the worst I've encountered at a hotel in years. I didn't get a single good night's rest during my stay.I'd strongly recommend the hotel conduct a thorough inspection of all mattresses and replace any that are past their prime. No guest should have to endure this level of discomfort.

No breakfast there other than Starbucks.

Lamps were falling apart. Accessories could be updated…lamps, radio, more outlets around bed for chargers, tv in bathroom was from the 70’s. Only two coffee pods for a 4 night stay.

It was close and connected to MGM but way low key quiet in comparison.

The staff when we got their / front desk person was not helpful. The room was not ready (I was early) she was rude and I wound up leaving the desk and calling to get the answers to the questions I needed. Also the unit I stayed the floor was EXTREMELY dirty it ‘looked clean’ but quickly turned my feet black, from getting out the shower to getting dressed black feet. Also BOTH bathroom faucets leaked A LOT at the Handel. I have a video. The faucet show a lot of wear and probably need to be replaced.

Decent location indoor walk to mgm grand which opens you up to the monorail. Good location for price

Critical facilities issue: no hot water for multiple rooms across multiple floors We were in a large group and we had two suits on the penthouse floors. You’d expect we’d have hot water especially when paying for that premium. Management didn’t appear to want to correct the issue.
