Hilton Grand Vacations Club Elara Center Strip Las Vegas

The view from the room was amazing and the room was very clean. It also looked like the room had been recently remodeled and exceeded my expectations.

The hotel doesn't really have a concierge. Some of the staff pointed to a person at the help desk, but he was the first person to say that he could not help with our request as the hotel really didn't have a concierge. ???

No air conditioning in bedroom and the distance to the coffee shop

After being switched upon my unrelenting request to a higher floor , the view, the updated 1 bedroom suite, and first and foremost the cleanliness.

Free parking for hotel members

Ice machine did not work, water taste horrible from refrigerator, jacuzzi motor jets did not work. For the price and room I chose felt I was robbed for my money.

Location, amazing view, walkable to many attractions.

Well managed and decent security.

Thermostat wouldn't keep a constant temperature. Add ~$120 a night for service fees and parking.

The location, the room and ease of getting around inside the hotel

The cleanliness of the room. Even when we requested housekeeping it was very minimal cleaning. They replaced the towels, emptied the trash but did not attend to the floors at all.

The stgaff was extremely rude, all of them. Very pushy to try their marketing and vacation rentals. Scanning the key to get on the elevator was a hassel with your hands full. Overall, extremely disappointed.

Location is wonderful, the room was spacious and very clean, and the view was spectacular. Wish we had stayed there more days!

Noisy neighbors one night, but not the fault of the hotel

The refrigerator was really cold. The concierge, was extremely nice and helpful.

No info in room re: ice,TV/DVD ops, etc. No room service. No restaurant except in mall. No walkable main entrance. No room mini bar - had to get H2O daily. No outlet on one side of bed to charge phone. No light near tv to light up area. No closet light.

Window view of Vegas and sphere, location, size and space of 2 bsr suite, fadt elevators and secure way if accessing elevators.

Checkout poor-1st visit to hotel & Vegas, not asked how my stay was or thanked for choosing Hilton, which I would imagine is standard in any hotel. Lame we couldnt bring drinks into pool area, deal breaker for me, would've loved to sit near pool w/ coffee

Non smoking, connects to the Mall, has washer dryer and no casino

The pool is small and kids aren¿t really able to be themselves in it.

the location was great and the rooms were big

We were on 6th floor and could hear traffic all night long, pretty loudly, which we never experienced before in any other hotel. There was a lot of construction in the building, the pool closed really early and the staff was not great.

We absolutely enjoyed this hotel. Loved the floor to ceiling windows. The cleanliness and location.

The pool experience can be better. There were no umbrellas for the regular lounge chairs and so if you want to enjoy the pool you must pay for a cabana.

The hotel is located in a convenient area and you have access to the Miracle Mile mall.

Air condition was not circulating in the bedroom as it was throughout the rest of the room.

I WAS ALREADY STAYING AT THIS LOCATION UNDER A DIFFERENT LOCATION AND WHEN I ASKED TO CHECK IN EARLY, THEY MADE IT HAPPEN. THIS ROOM WAS UPDATED AND MODERN AND EVEN HAD A MASSAGE CHAIR IN IT. GREAT VIEW. ME AND MY GUEST FELT REALLY SPECIAL.

THE CONSTRUCTION MADE GOING IN AND OUT A NIGHTMARE, BUT THAT IT OUT OF THE HOTELS CONTROL

I had a 3 night stay on the second day I asked for my room to be cleaned and they informed then that they needed 24 hour notice ¿¿

Everything was excellent, the location is just perfect! Hotel is clean, staff is friendly, a very satisfying experience overall. Parking was free for hotel guest, 2 Starbucks coffee per day were included in resort fee, which was very convenient.

Sales people, that catch you right after checking in, insisting on attending their 90mins presentation were a little annoying, but you can always refuse.
