Yes my key card did not work multiple times, I couldn?t get a receipt before leaving and no one helped load my luggage upon leaving for the airport.

Everything was top notch, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was amazing and very clean. And no casino to go through to get to the room!

I think the best and worst part for this hotel are it's location. It's right in the heart of the strip but hard to get to because of this.

This is a very quiet hotel with very few kids and no casino

The hotel itself was perfect. It¿s centrally located, great view, modern feel, great amenities, fantastic facilities.

I¿m not a Hilton member and was clearly treated as a less important customer, regardless of the few thousand dollars I spent on the room, spa, food, tips, all within the hotel itself. My rm wasn¿t ready on time. Heater/AC didn¿t work. Spec req¿s were lat

i don't like the entrance, you have to go all way through the big hallway to get to the elevators and then go up to 23rd floor where the sun was blocking your vision and was very crowded.

Yes, they advertise free electric car charging. The valet guy took the car both nights and told us he would charge it but he never did. Leaving me to rush to charge the car before my flight, we saw there were open chargers. I wouldn¿t be mad if I knew

Nice rooms, quiet, attentive staff. Although the rooms are slightly dated.

Room slightly dated. Things modernize quickly so understandable. Front desk was on the 23rd floor. Few food options.

Non-smoking, no casino, great location mid-strip, quiet, nice size rooms, adult pool, good music on sun deck, very good gym, nice coffee shop on floor 3, pool bar w/food. Raquel at front desk was so nice. Upgraded us to a corner room and early checkin.

Main lobby under construction, but no noise heard. Took 30mins to get bags from valet. 11am checkout is too early. Get room away from Las Vegas Blvd. The strip mall there was being demolished and they started at sunrise 6am every day. Room needs usb ports

The woman who checked me in was helpful and kind. The view from the sky lounge was spectacular.

Not very clean :( There as a dirty q-tip next to the garbage pail in our room. Terrible. Also the lobby bathrooms were not as clean as a Waldorf should be. Disappointed by this, definitely not five star standards.

My wife and I really enjoyed everything about the Waldorf hotel. Our room was amazing, clean, had a great view and was very updated.It is close to everything.

The daily $45 resort fee for a hotel and not a resort.

The Waldorf had a great vibe. I don't know what fragrance they use in the hotel but it was incredible. Rooms are very trendy. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and professional.

Checking in and overall getting into and out of the hotel is a little awkward and cumbersome but the rest of the hotel is outstanding so it isn't a big deal.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and it was located on the strip but not in the noisy area. It was walkable to other parts of the strip.

Our flight was canceled and we were able to book at 1:30 am. We were without bags or toiletries. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate. Wonderful breakfast and room service!
