Nice clean room, air worked well

The room had an electrical box in the bath area that went click-click about every two minutes 24/7. I called the front desk and they said they couldn't do anything about it.

It was clean and very convenient to get to the convention center as well as other near by attractions. Not busy like a casino

Didn?t know the pool was under construction but that?s obviously temporary and wish the store had opened a little earlier.

They could have explained breakfast situation and water while at the counter to check in.. it wasn?t a breakfast just muffin and coffee

The hotel has been renovated and everything, including the carpets and beds seemed new.

I had booked this hotel because I had wanted a free breakfast , but there was only an expensive market with strange hours.

Pool closes too early 6pm in summer and opens late 12pm, AC was not manually adjustable in room at night, toiletries shampoo/conditional were not full

They clean the room everyday. Very friendly staff and the location is also great.

Have someone in lobby to help with information on Vegas

Room I had was very spacious and had all amenities I needed. Market store on first floor was well stocked for snacks but closes at 7pm.

It's 2-3 miles from the strip - though the monorail stop is a short walk away.Unless attending a convention at the convention center plan on walking or taking monorail.

Amazing staff! Convenient location to convention and meeting spaces. Requests were promptly met with solutions. Parking was more than adequate convenient during Superbowl weekend. Great little store with food, snacks and other needs located on premises.

Like other hotels, this Hilton seems to be struggling with smart entertainment options in the room. While Apps like Netflix and Prime are available, they are clunky at best.

Fairly convenient location. Nice amenities such as room fridge and safe. Room was comfortable and clean. Walls were sound-proof. AC worked great.

Sink did not drain properly. No maid service during our stay so we had to snag towels from the maid's cart. Shower lighting was flashing and going out so we couldn't use it. Parking was a pain as you have to exit back out of the hotel.

We had a 2-bedroom that worked out very well for visiting with grown kids. Each had a bathroom and the kitchen made a very comfortable stay. Westgate Hotel and Casino is a quick 5-minute walk and has access to the tram. Westgate has a rich history!

Great hotel. It is off the strip and would need to take a tram or have transportation to all the action.

I liked it had a kitchen. I didn't use it but it was nice. I arrived early and I was departed the hotel late. Checking my bags before checking in and after checking out was nice. I was there for a convention, and being close to the monorail was nice.

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a free upgrade to the king size suite and that room was awesome! The jacuzzi tub was huge and relaxing of course. I was satisfied overall: thank you I will be returning!

New and look & smells nice.

Pool hours were shorter that I'd like.
