Kitchenette was great. Better than average breakfast. Great staff

The staff were exceptional

The only thing was the beds. They weren't exactly as comfortable as I would have like and they were very low. But that didn't effect my stay as much.

I would have liked the pool to be heated. They did not have the room we booked. We completely understand. The representative did a great job at refunding the difference in rooms.

The limited TV channels options (?????? where's TV ONE, BET, NBA TV, etc??) AND the limited streaming apps (?????? where's HULU, PEACOCK, PARAMOUNT, etc

Too small of an area for dogs. Paying $75 a night for the dog I would expect more space for them

The staff were extremely rude, disrespectful, especially the manager. He would not answer questions about the room, I asked for wrinkle bed linen to be changed. He hung phone up, he would not give his name.

Cleanliness of the hotel; location; staff; breakfast. Hotel employee working during the breakfast time. He was supper friendly that made our stay even more comfortable. He insured that we had everything that we needed and made us welcome

Nothing really, Hilton use to set the standard for upscale Hotels, now they're just an average Super 8 type hotel, nothing at all unique about them, unfortunately. The employee who serviced the breakfast bar was outstanding.

It's not the Hilton of years past, just a basic hotel with mediocre service.

Closet can be better designed , curtain subject to contamination, toilet paper in the wrong spot specially for older people , lamp close to the window not working

The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was top notch! Would Highly recommend if you aren't interested in being close to the Las Vegas strip.

It's not a convenient location for spending time on the Las Vegas strip.

Clean, spacious and good location

It was clean, modern, poolside was nice, kind staff

The bathroom door didn't close so didn't offer privacy. At one point my adult son got stuck inside as the door wouldn't open. There was no shampoo etc in the 3 dispensers. But the big thing is the door - bathrooms need to offer privacy!!

Amenities overall on the property were great. We enjoyed the breakfast, the laundry room, the exercise room(peloton bike), proximity to restaurants and shops, and the convenience of the kitchenette in the room. Staff was extremely kind and friendly.

Cleanliness could be better. It's not filthy, and we were still comfortable, but you could tell the cleaning staff did the bare minimum when switching over and we found little things and places in the bathroom that we wish they would've cleaned better.

They thought of everything in this room! Awesome kitchen area with everything you could need! Lots of charging spaces! Large shower complete with para rn-free soap, shampoo and lotion was fantastic! Everything was new, nice, clean, and comfortable.

The hotel is literally close to so many restaurants, hospitals, shopping centers And the neighborhood is gorgeous!! The staff is super friendly And the hotel is super new and really clean! I loved my stay here! Oh and breakfast is amaaaaazing here!!!

This hotel is amazing I have nothing bad to say about it :)
