Pros +
- It was nice having some grab and go! There were a few options to choose from.
- Perfect stay in Las Vegas if you want to have not a typical Vegas “hotel + smoking casino” type of experience. The hotel is quiet, clean, feels new yet thoughtful. I definitely enjoyed the restaurant in the next building. The neighborhood is also great for vintage shopping lovers— almost all of interesting antique stores are in a walking distance from the place, which is a rare thing for Vegas. My stay included Friday, so I witnessed a big street market in front of the accommodation— it was great to experience a different side of Las Vegas.
- The hotel was very well equipped, clean, comfortable and well decorated. The room and the bathroom had everything we needed and look very nice.
Cons -
- Visible security guard in parking lot. The cars were parked around the corner and we could not see them directly. It would have been nice to see them walk the lot.
- The only thing you need to consider is that it’s ~15-20 minutes by car from all Vegas attractions, so if you’re there without a vehicle, count your budget including uber expenses (~18-30$ per ride depending on day time). And also there is no supermarket in a walking distance, should you need anything.
- The shower, there's no door and sometimes after showering the floor ended all wet. Nothing important compared to how good the hotel is.

I loved that it was quiet and relaxing. I had a room on the first floor with a patio. No need for elevators. The hotel is modern and clean. No massive crowds or lines. The restaurant onsite was great. Friendly staff, good food and reasonable priced. Everyone knew my name “Norm”. Kidding. The hotel has a personal feel to it. Easy to get an uber to go anywhere. I’d definitely recommend it.
Property was very chic and modern! We definitely enjoyed our stay! Facilities were all very new and very clean. The restaurant was great for breakfast, the tv in the room was perfect and up to date (had Netflix), and the staff were friendly!
Beds need a nice good/fluffy comforter (it was like one sheet and this heavier somewhat blanket?) and there was very very minimal parking on site. We were very fortunate and had ZERO issues with parking but just in general parking lot got full quickly.
I was able to find a parking spot in the lot. Lot is small however. If visiting during a busy time, it might be difficult to find parking at the hotel.
Small boutique like accommodations Free parkingOn site restaurant/bar
Pool area needs updating/sprucing up. Remove rug from bedroom, dirty/dingy. Stick with wood floors only, much cleaner.
Nice style, comfortable beds.
The biggest downside for me was that the hotel was really noisy. I carefully read reviews and have purposefully chosen a hotel not on the strip to enjoy a bit more quiet, but unfortunately (as in lots of hotels in the US), there is a lot of noise at night coming from various places (e.g. air conditioning in the hallway, etc.). Also, the light of the in-room air conditioner is very bright and can not be turned off. So make sure to bring a sleep mask and earplugs if you're a light sleeper. We both didn't like the restaurant very much too. Although it seems like a fancy place, the choices for brunch were a bit odd, and it was hard to find something rather usual to eat. Also, it's a bit overpriced.Overall, I would say it's a good experience, but for me, it was not worth spending almost double the price compared to a hotel on the strip.
Superb
We planed to have breakfast but the breakfast room was cooled down way too much and the music was way too loud.
- Walking distance to the Expo- good location for food within walking distance- car show every Saturday on the street- handwritten note and goody bag- very clean- modern and updated- security guard on duty- felt very safe
- parking was really small
Cool art district vibe for a different Vegas experience. Room was efficient, nothing fancy but nicely appointed. Shower has nice complimentary products.

Off-strip location in the Arts district, easy access, free parking, ev charging, nice pool.

Excellent locationGreat staffCool rooms
Very nice, modern hotel in the Arts District - a nice, welcome change from the Strip. Nice Lather bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion). Also appreciate a 12 noon check out time, which is getting more and more rare these days at hotels!
The hotel room doors slam shut very, very loudly - you can hear everyone's loudly banging door close shut throughout the floor. The air conditioner was great, but the light from it was a bit bright and could not be dimmed at night which was annoying as it shines right on the bedside.
Perfect location in the arts district away from the crowds of the Strip and free parking! Hotel employees were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only hotel I would recommend staying in Las Vegas if you looking for something more relaxing.
It’s small and quiet! Excellent customer service, comfortable beds, great restaurant!
Such a pretty hotel!Rooms were elegant and the bed was so comfy!
Could have used a thicker blanket
Clean, friendly
