The room was nice, the view great. However a non-functional ice maker and microwave made a impression (not. good). With a $153 cleaning fee for a quick 2 night stay in a studio sized unit along with NO hot water one the nights did not help.

It is important to be honest and provide clear information to customers when they purchase a package. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed of a $234 cleaning fee that we had never been told about,and neither you nor the hotel did anything to fix it

Rom was dirty and smelled like sewage in the bathroom.

Staff, location, cleanliness. Despite the minor repairs needed in our condo were not anything that required repairs urgently. guest specialist, was there for us 24/7; we knew that we are going to be repeat guests. Thanks Hotel Employee

I love the nice view and how clean it was. Overall, I love how it provides dishware to cook on the stove and how you have many options near the hotel far a wine dine, pool, movie theater and food place located near hotel without having to go too far.

I loved everything about this place I would diffidently book again will be my other home

There were so many fees, the hotel will charged your for everything since it?s privately owned, we couldn?t even get towels or toilet paper, the tvs didn?t work, the washer didn?t work, I won?t be staying here again or be recommending to anybody

The rooms heat was stuck on and the staff at front desk did nothing and where less than caring.

I did enjoy the location and amenities offered.

The room was not available due to previous person did an unauthorized late check out and I had to wait for cleaning of the room. I wished also that more details regarding the deposit pet day and additional cleaning costs would have been made clear.

They charge a one time only cleaning fee of $90. Housekeeping cleans the room ONCE for $90.

the room was filthy, toilet stopped up, bath sink drained in 30 minutes, 4 lites not working, coffee machine embedded old coffee, filthy, no silver and requested it 3 times no reply

Was charge $90 when checking out for cleaning fee that was not mentioned before checking in. It's not professional to have hidden fees very disappointed on that part Would give you all a 10 rating bit that didn't help

The hotel listing looked great on paper, it listed a private pool and hot tub. The valet service is fantastic! Loud music plays throughout the night,great if you do not need to sleep. Booking through Orgoto means no housekeeping so you go green!

Room looks dingy, and not well kept. Peeling wall paper, stained tub, ripped pillow shams on bed and uncomfortable furnishings give this hotel the air of an old neglected apartment, not worth the price. Cleaning fee and limited service complete the experi

We unfortunately had a ton of problems and issues with our room and overall stay. The bedding was super nasty, no Wi-Fi, broken tv, bathtub drain was broken,and no one would help us get anything fixed. Wish we would have never stayed here. Huge regret.

I was running behind and I called and asked for a late checkout and was told no before I even told him the room number. Then I told the room# and he said nope ¿guests are coming¿. Whatever. I also couldn¿t access the balcony. Why build a balcony unusab

Hotel couldn't actually help with anything because it was through a 3rd party. So lights didn't work they had to call Ortogo to have them come fix any problems. No one was every called n they never told us who our sponsor was to get a hold of
