Hampton Inn & Suites Las Vegas Airport

The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and the bed is comfortable.

Bed was comfortable also the shuttle came quickly so I didn’t have to wait long so that was nice and in the morning the shuttle was on time which was great

The carpets were especially dirty in the hallway…very old with ground in dirt. The room wasn’t as dirty but still looked pretty dirty to me. Other than that it was great

Very disappointed that I, the paying consumer, did NOT receive any ?Hilton Honors Points? for this 4 day stay at a Hilton hotel !! I?m sure Hilton received their compensation for this room.

Clean and family Friendly. Very kind staff. Lots of little amenities like all day coffee and tea and plates and silverware for takeout.

We had an issue at check in and the lady we felt with messed up and booked us a whole new room charged us for it after we had already paid online. Then refused to refund even after we showed her payment for the room. It took 2 days to finally get it back

It was close to sunset park for the Purple Run 5k - close to convenient store

Needed an outside hot tub- pool was nice but a hot tub would have great

They had very clean rooms, a nice staff, great breakfast and they allow dogs :)

1. I had to repeatedly had to call for a shuttle from the airport the hotel. The staff kept telling me it?s on its way, but the driver said no one told him. 2. I told the desk I need a 4:30 am shuttle to airport. Next morning I was not on the list.

After a very long day of travel, we arrived in the very early hours of the morning. The staff that greeted us was very friendly, the room was ready, and it was very clean. It was the best thing out of our long drawn out day of travel.

The a/c unit wasn?t working as well as it should have - the room was a little warm even when we set it to 60.

Shampoo and lotion dispensers were empty. AC unit made a racket all night going on and off. Toilet was noisy

The staff were fantastic. Very helpful with everything. We arrived early in the morning, and were told to help ourselves to breakfast before we had even checked in. Unexpected but very welcome. They were able to check us in early allowing us to relax.

Mattresses and pillows could use a refresh, but overall was extremely pleased.

The staff was friendly, liked the breakfast attendants, liked the microwave in the room.

I asked the front desk about housekeeping and she said that as long as we didn't put the "do not disturb" they would do it. We were out all day at a funeral and when we returned, the room hadn't been touched. Please call me for the rest.---

All staff were so welcoming, helpful and friendly throughout the entire stay of several days. They accommodated our needs to go back and forth to the airport on various occasions. The breakfasts were very good and diligently stocked each morning.
