Bposhtels Las Vegas

Was unable to find the hotel with directions to location. Called support and nothing was done. Paid for a hotel stay I never got.

Room is kind of dark Need more lighting I remember room is supposed 4 beds but it was 6 beds Location is hard to find needs some signage

6 min walking from RTC public bus. I found the location with the thunderbird hotel as a guidance. Towel provided plus a bottle of water, Coffee, iron board. Iron. Earplugs, lock for belongings. Room was clean with A/C. No complaints. Safety phone doorlock

Knowing that is a hostel, a kitchen/microwave was missing.

Served its purpose. Was as advertised.

I was the only female in the room. There was only one front desk agent and the registration desk was for three hotels. Check in took an hour waiting in line.

i liked the coffee maker in the room and everything was clean and organized. the bathroom was clean an had fresh clean towels

Room was really clean,and quiet.

The front desk service was bad. I also made a mistake when making my reservation, so I had to book again. But on the booking app, there were no available male rooms, so I used the Bposhtels website instead. Unfortunately, it was even worse — by mistake, I booked a female room. I don’t understand how it happened, and when I tried to cancel it, I couldn’t. After that, I made a new reservation for a male room. During all this process, the front desk just said, “You can make a reservation, I can’t help.” I also called support, but they didn’t respond.

The pool area is nice. The rooms have nice big mirrors and good lights. The bathroom are decent with good working showers

I’m very disappointed with my stay at this property. The place looks nothing like the photos shown on Booking.com — the pictures are completely misleading.On top of that, one day the air conditioning wasn’t working, and when I went to the reception to report it, the staff simply told me it wasn’t their responsibility and that they couldn’t do anything about it. This kind of response is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.I hope Booking.com will take this complaint seriously and consider reviewing this listing to ensure it meets the standards you promise to your customers.

It was a good price and clean. However, the water was shut off for two days but they did quickly solve this by letting us use the other hotel rooms nearby but this isn’t an issue I should have to deal with when visiting town for a conference.

Disappointing

For check-in i had to talk to a machine! The woman was doing home office and we could see her face but it was so hard to understand what she said. That’s absurd! People should be at the property to receive us, we should talk to a robot or a machine

Easy check in, nice and clean, friendly staff

I didn’t have a plug to charge my phone but the other beds did, but since I was there for only one night it was no problem

I loved the location it is close to the strip. the room was clean and my bed was comfortable. the staff were very helpful.
