The pool is so pretty and clean and big

Front desk staff were excellent; breakfast great; rooms very nicely appointed and clean. Overall very pleased. Our toilet was clogged when we arrived, but they called in maintenance and repaired it within a few hours.

Early each morning (5:00 am), we had to run the shower/tub water for 30 minutes before it got hot--very disappointing and inconvenient. Be aware that with the hotel's close proximity to the airport, you can hear the planes taking off all day and night.

Everything was great, breakfast, room, cleanliness and location.

Check in was a disaster, we arrived at 4pm, they tried to send us away with my doughter, because our room was not avaliable, and they offered to call us when the room is ok, but we had a show ticket to 7pm and I drove 7 hours on this day.

Room size, pool and breakfast

Everything was most excellent, from the super friendly shuttle driver to the front staff. Room was super comfortable and the bed and pillows were outstanding! Best hotel breakfast that I¿ve experienced in a long time!

It was everything I love ¿¿. The view was spectacular. The breakfast was great,tortillas and bacon would have been perfect.

Hmm, the shuttle was not staffed after 3:00 p.m. so we had to Uber back.

We were there for SEMA and were disappointed at how the room price was raised just for the show¿s dates. We love Staybridge Suites and we¿re saddened to see this especially during a time when money is tight for many especially small business owners.

The breakfast wasn¿t up to Staybridge standards, the sausage is inedible.

Our check in clerk,  provided amazing service and let us check in early! The rooms in the suite we¿re very spacious and a super comfortable bed. It was very close to the airport for our departure the next day. Excellent omelette breakfast !

The size of the room was more than enough; the bed was one of the best beds we’ve slept in; having the washer/dryer combo was very helpful.

The room was nice but security is a problem

I was awakened by a white man trying to enter the sliding door from the balcony. I checked out that morning. Upon informing the front desk, I was told that they are aware of the issue. I don’t understand why the guests were not informed. I want a refund

Spacious, comfortable rooms, no smoking, no gambling! Shuttle to the strip was convenient .

No close restaurant

The clerk who checked us into the hotel. He was very informational, respectful and helpful.

We wish that breakfast would have been a little earlier. We didn't get any breakfast before leaving for the airport.

Clean, nice room without unnecessary frills.

Bed was too soft. Transportation to the Las Vegas strip could have been much more frequent (every 15 minutes would have been nice.

The suite was a decent size, the location was perfect, and the staff is very attentive to meet clients needs.

I didn't like that the Hotel's pool was closed, they have an amazing outdoor facility. I was looking forward to it. Although the pool was not open, I was told that we were given access to two pools from the hotels across staybridge. We used Hollidays in.

I didn't mean to book a hotel that far from the strip. The area selector should be more clear, otherwise I would have never booked at this location.
