Staff was never at the front desk. The pool was cloudy and gross. They did not have any place for my dog to use the bathroom. Breakfast food was very odd. Overall the hotel felt safe & we slept well..

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. hotel employee went out of her way to help us get additional linens, a rollaway bed, and another room after we reported ants crawling around our bathroom.

I wish there were no ants in our bathroom but at least we were provided with another room quickly that was only two doors down the hallway.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The food was very good and the service was great. Very friendly enviornment!!

Loved the fact that the hotel offered breakfast as well as a pool and hot tub.

Walkable to convention center. Very clean and modern.

Smooth check in and check out no unexpected fees just very up front. Multiple breakfast options that helped with varying diet restrictions.

Very clean hotel with exceptionally helpful staff. Sierra at front desk and Val with food/bar side were just really really nice people. I always think it is reflection of who owns/manages the hotel. I have stayed there 3x now & will continue to do so.

front desk went above & beyond! The hotel was clean & the pool was beautiful. Breakfast was yummy and parking although 17$ fee was convenient and right there at the hotel. Great option for off the strip & not filled with smoke/gambling

Room was a little small when we tried to squeeze a roll a way bed inside and it was tight! Also no lock on the bathroom door in the room, it Was a sliding door and was interesting

The whole experience was great! Friendly staff and guests, good breakfast and clean and quiet! Would definitely stay there again, if ever in Vegas!

The only thing that comes to mind is the water pressure in the shower is very weak.

I had no hot water, issue w/my TV hotel didn't help & was not told there would be a $50 charge to my account. I called the hotel they said they couldnt do anything 4 my issues cause I booked through you.your CSR didn't help at all. I want this handled!

It¿s located in a crappy area of Las Vegas The hotel guests were inconsiderate. Screaming in their room and in the hallway¿s. Room 320, they were wrestling and throwing each other against the walls. I have never experienced this at a Hilton, EVER!

The receptionist  helped us and he did make sure we are taken care of.

The check in was very late and the first lady who assist seems not sorry or apologetic (i felt racism is in the air that day). It¿s a 3pm check in but we got in the room about 4:45pm which we have to cancel some plans.

Best Hot Breakfast , clean room , good location , good swimming pool with Jacuzzi, smart TV with netflix and youtube integration .

personally I dont like the concept of lockless bathroom door .

I really enjoyed the room itself. The TV had streaming accessibility and the bathroom was absolutely divine. The continental breakfast was really good & they have diabetic-friendly alternatives, which is rare these days. The service overall was great...

Yes, my room (114) was across the street from the police command center, which created a lot of noise. The shower water pressure was poor. It took forever to rinse off. Room was not cleaned that well, I could still see the water stains on glass & fixtures
