It was not in a great part of town. I felt unsafe walking out of the hotel alone. A homeless lady approached young teen girls and attempted to assault an adult. There was also another person who broke the pool windows and side door while there

7/26/25 the hotel clerk was rude, charged me $75.00 cleaning fee for a room that she said that I could use to get dressed in. Told me to leave, room was rented when b4 it was ok, yelled and accused me of messing rm up on purpose. REFUND!!HORRIBLE TIME!

Rude Lady Clerk on 7/26/25. Room rented was wrong room, requested 2 beds, rcvd 1 bed. Offered diff. room, 1 bd, but with Sofa. Needed extra space to get dressed, asked if old room ok for me to just get dressed/makeup, she said yes. kicked me out of rm

Courtesy of staff was top notch. I was greeted with a welcome bag and the desk agent called shortly after I checked in to ensure the room was to my liking and was told to call if needed anything during my stay.

A little out of the way from the strip, but it was quiet.

The employees were very happy and friendly. The ladies in charge of the breakfast area were on top of everything and one older lady specifically, she was extremely nice and helpful and very welcoming to our children.

The elevator was broken and we had a third floor room. It wasn?t a big deal as we only stayed one night but getting luggage up there was painful.

The bed was very comfortable and I slept well.

The room had a sour smell. I turned off the air conditioner and that helped. I had garlicky Chinese food and the food smells helped more. The neighborhood is sketchy. I was concerned about my car being broken into. But they have 24 hour surveillance.

Decent breakfast selection, good parking facilities, overall clean establishment. Wifi worked well.

Nothing really. It¿s possible that the breakfast seating is limited if they are busy, but we didn¿t have any issue.

Was given a wrong room key opened the door to a room that was already occupied. Was filled with embarrassment and concerned the same thinking would happen to my family giving me anxiety all night not being able to sleep.

neighborhood was troubling, lots of drug addicts begging for money, abandoned buildings, police cars w/ sirens on at night. Just the feeling of unsafety outside the hotel.

Clean, great breakfast and indoor pool. Great Tea. Very inviting and festive. Late checkout at noon allowed us to further enjoy the amenities. Secure WiFi was appreciated.

Bright lights directed at window at night. This may have been a security feature for the cameras but we had to be very careful closing the curtains so we could sleep at night.

The cleanliness. We looked at reviews for a many other places and were very Leary of staying in las vegas untill I saw this one. Booked it and didn't regret it.

Morning person was not trained on the pet deposit.(it was. $150 hold) night person said it'd be returned at check out so asked if our room needed to be checked before we left she said no and money would take 5 to 7 days to return. Received it a hour later

Staff was great. I almost cancelled my reservation because of parking and helped me find a parking spot for my Uhaul with car hauler. Staff is great.

when called in to your front desk to change reservation your agent very short and not willing to get any ideas on solving this issue.

Even with remodeling there was not a lot of dirt and dust.

We had a 2 bed room. There was only 1 washcloth and 3 bath towels. We booked an extra night ans was asked if we needed any housekeeping. Let them know we needed towels. They were never delivered and we had to go to the front desk.

overall very good. Only one concern was someone's hair within the sheets on the bed; made me worry whether the sheets were clean or not!!!
