The Signature MGM Condos

The third party we rented does not clean properly. We have bacterial infections due to the moldy bath we took. Missing 4 days of work each. We ran a bubble bath and did not realize we were soaking in biofilm.

I have asked the third part company to contact me and they have not. But MGM should be handling their Third Party Renters as they are using the MGM brand and not complying to the standard.

I like the bathroom and the restaurant selections within this MGM facility.

I don’t know if it s for security reasons or not but there is no chairs and/or table on the balcony. If I wanted the room to be cleaned up during my stay it was optional for $75…this is not a complaint just an observation4/5 :)

Hotel itself is always clean

The condo is a different experience. Toiletries and housekeeping for private condos did not work for me - one of the worst experience I’ve ever had.

I love the 1 bedroom suite. It's usually $100 more than the jr suite but its twice as big with a separate room & second bathroom that is huge with a jetted tub. Also you get the full kitchen with a full size refrigerator. The hotel has free valet parking

The hotel cleanliness

No housekeeping, no new towels or washcloths. No cleaning during my stay

The management of the property was courteous, responded in a timely manner to all requests, and made us feel very welcome.

Everything! The bed was super comfy and the view was perfect! The location is a steal and I wish I could?ve used more of the hotel amenities but I honestly forgot. I love that the room has the kitchenette with silverware, plates/cups, & cooking supplies

The stains in the carpet and dirt that comes out of the tub jets after you run it.

Really enjoyed the room with balcony . Very spacious! I have stayed in Vegas several times and this room is one of my favorites. . Hotel employee contacted me several times to see if i needed anything for the room and how my trip was going .

Hotel is clean and quiet . Remember there is not a casino so there aren't many food options ,but the mgm is not too far of a walk

Beautiful room and great location. Walking distance to Fremont street and the strip.

Very well kept grounds and entrance of hotel quite impressive.

The carpeting in the room was DISGUSTING .. I sent pictures and was told we will let housekeeping know to extract. No offer of changing room. Nothing You can see I usually do not leave low rated reviews but it was disgusting enough to make you wonder?

Location

The furniture was tattered. The television & the television stand was broken. No housekeeping available until checkout. Was charged resort fees when the pool was closed and had a long walk to MGM grand pool to swim.

The hotel was established, and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful.

I love the location of the Hotel; you can easily walk or Uber. Check in was easy, and the view of the city was amazing. You're in the middle to everything.

Valet service

The dirtiest mustiest room I?ve ever had to stay in. We tried cancelling the booking soon as we arrived .

The value for the money, the view from the balcony, the 2 bathrooms, the use of the mgm pool

The the hotel is moderately luxurious, but honestly it's a bit dated. The rooms have been the same for over 10 years and the age shows on the furniture, floors, walls, curtains, appliances, showers, etc.

Reception is friendly and helpful

Some of the valet staff was catcalling wonen.

 the front desk was very friendly in the late afternoon. Valet service was great. Everything was nice and high class, which we aren't used to from Idaho!

Pool hours restricted due to season.

the room was awful, broken lamp, old scratched up furniture. no one cleaned it. i want the deposit of $300 back asap.

This was a privately owned unit in the Signature at MGM, close to many things. The distances to navigate the property seemed extreme.

About 36 hours prior to checkout, there was a flood in a nearby unit. The musty smell permeated the entire floor. The additional cost for towels, or normal services were a bit steep.

Yes I was placed into a dirty room that has trash over the floors and bed bathroom smelled like urine and they took forever to relocate me to another room and double charged me the $100 deposit
