- The check in policy of 6pm is pretty ridiculous! The front desk employee initially told us 4pm which is already late enough but then when we showed up at 4pm, she very rudely told us that the policy was actually a window of 4-6pm...!
- The worst check-in experience ever! Acted like they didn't have my reservation several times no matter how many papers I showed them with my confirmation #, payment and email correspondences from the hotel itself regarding my stay. Staff has no manners
- The room was very dated, The carpet had rips in in, the ceiling had lots of stains from the heating/air ducts that must be very dirty. The sofa and chair were stained.We paid over --- per night for this room. It was DEFINITELY not worth the money.

Location is amazing, you are basically in the cosmopolitan. The staff great very accommodating, especially the valet which is only 5 a day. It took 4-5 minutes on a average compared to 15-20 at big hotels.

The mix up when I got the extra day and had to wait over two hrs to get a new room.due to know where to go I went to the casino and played the slots when I was done and lost the rest of my money cause me to come home broke the next day.

Each time I wanted to sweep or mop the floor I had to call maintenance to dispatch a person to do it. Rather than give me a mop and broom. Also the light bulbs were inadequate. It is false economy if I have to turn on every light in the room just to see.
The suite was very comfortable and spacious. Comfortable bed.
