My Place Hotel-Las Vegas South Henderson

Location and front desk service.

TV issue. Stayed for 3 nights and wasn’t able to watch tv until 3rd night, but was given compensation for the lack of which I did appreciate.

The property was clean and free of odors. There was adequate parking and it was for the most part quiet regardless of the property seeming full.

I wish there was a pool at the property. Even an indoor one would have been nice. Depending on how you sleep, the bed was not as comfortable for back sleeper.

Staff were very friendly. The area felt safe and everything was immaculate.

The pillows were too big. The hotel sign along St. Rose Pkwy was not lit up at night making it difficult to find. However, I went back two weeks later and the sign was lit up.

It was clean, safe, quiet and very friendly staff.

Pillows are too big for people who sleep on their back.

The hotel is clean and has comfortable beds. I needed to do some laundry from my road trip and the laundry room was nice and clean. I like the fact that you have to scan your room key to get into the laundry room. That was a nice safety perk. This hotel was very close to many restaurants and retail stores. Overall I would recommend My Place Hotel weather it's for 1 night or a few days stay.

The staff. Friendly and helpful. They allowed us to celebrate Christmas in the lobby with decorations and a meal.

Clean accommodations with a kitchenette in a busy/central part of Henderson. Close to the highway and lots of shopping and restaurants. Dog friendly with a full walk around the building.

Had a full kitchenette but no glasses, plates or cutlery.

Well located near the street and in the city, but not immediately on the road, so it was quiet at night. The room and beds are very clean and spacious. The room is equipped with a big refrigerator, microwave, kitchen sink, and stove top. The hotel has a guest laundry. The parking area is large, with plenty of free spots.Everything in the room was in working condition.

The kitchen comes completely empty: no pots, pans, cups, knives, utensils. You must bring everything you need.

Great staff checking in, super friendly. Great value, location was 10 min from our event, place was clean, room was clean, and comfy. Will be coming back.

Clean and comfortable. Front desk was very accommodating upon arrival and throughout stay.

Noise from road and guests in room next door. I do not have a television at home and it's nice to watch when I stay in a hotel. Unfortunately, on the second night, the television started glitching and could not watch anything. I did call the front desk and they offered to look at tv but the timing wasn't good and so I didn't watch tv.

Good location off the strip, plenty of parking, room was comfortable, and loved the blanket.

Charged for one bottle of water although there was an advertisement on the screen offering complementary water, no dishes provided, no bathroom fan.

New and clean. Very nice set up…but odd that it had a range top, microwave and full size frig, no plates, utensils or cookware?? Within walking distance to several excellent restaurants and close to airport.

The mattress was not right for me. They dont offer King beds.

I like that the room was very clean the beds were super comfortable and I liked that the room had four big comfortable pillows on each bed. The stove and bathroom were very nice the fridge was super big.

There is no breakfast included and the property charged me an extra hundred when we got to the hotel for deposit. Our check in service agent was sooooooooooo rude. I asked if I can get some extra pillows, he told me I would have to wait until tomorrow to get them because it wasn’t his job to provide them. I called and asked another my place hotel to see if it was his job to provide them and she said yes he’s just being a jerk. The representative name was Zachary.
