- The receptionist was on her phone for 5 minutes before greeting us and our room was had not been cleaned at check in time nor an hour later. We had to attend our event without freshening up. Many of the games were broken and bar staff was missing shifts.

- The carpet downstairs was a little worn and stained. Also, the bed was stated as a queen but was closer to a full.

Have stayed at Club Tahoe a number of times. We really like the location. The price was great.
The carpet downstairs was a little worn and stained. Also, the bed was stated as a queen but was closer to a full.
The rooms were large enough to feel like at home
the reception closes at 8pm. If you arrive from outside US and your phone is not working, you will be in trouble. I had to call 911. Indeed I did not receive the code to access the keys box!!! They should had send this code prior to my arrival
Very relaxing with nice amenities. Feels like you are staying in a family/friend's cabin. Very spacious.
Bear area, must be sure to not leave snacks in car.
The condo was clean, roomy, and fully supplied with everything needed for a nice stay in a convenient north shore location. We would stay here again!
Parking spaces are tight for larger vehicles.
Great location and accomodations
great location & good conditions of the room
Awesome place, with everything you need for a great vacation. Very clean. Great location. We were staying there twice and will stay again.
The bed in the master bedroom wasn't very comfortable, and the carpet is very old.
Felt like home. Was able to get extra cookware. Enjoyed the clubhouse.
On the last night, after using the fireplace with their flame logs for two nights, on the third night the flu somehow closed and smoked out the entire condo. I have a 12-year-old. There was no one to get a hold of at the front desk because it happened at 10:30 PM. We’ve stayed here before and this never happened, but it was so smoky that I had to send my child downstairs while the upstairs and the loft were ventilated. Definitely need to upgrade or take out the fireplaces and put an electric fireplaces for life safety precautions. I will report this to corporate and expect some kind of compensation. This was absolutely inexcusable.
Easy check-in and friendly staff. Large unit with 4 beds. Facilities are amazing with all the games for kids, sauna, gym (pool was closed for winter but we knew beforehand). Quiet and 5min walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Units are dated. A simple makeover would be great. May be add another sofabed. Heating broke down 2nd night.
Clean, fireplace, Kitchenware.
The room soundproofing isn't great. It would be helpful if the front desk could remind guests checking in after 10 PM to keep noise to a minimum when entering their rooms.
Beautiful property, will for sure be staying here again! Spacious, clean, can’t hear neighbors. Loved the kitchen and amenities. Close to so many places, we especially loved driving down to the golfing range 2 minutes away to go sledding. Going to come back every winter!
Not baby friendly the way the stairs are but doesn’t claim to be so it’s totally fine
The place was clean and spacious and everything worked! Great value! Warm fireplace and great help ful staff at the front desk. Lorel was also helpful and considerate! Beautiful grounds!
Nothing really.

We were very happy with our experience
Great location to where we needed to be. Very spacious with all the things you need. Wood burning fireplace and all the kitchen utensils and tools were great!
The main bathroom for everyone is down on the bottom floor so if you're staying in the loft and have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night the spiral staircase is a little sketchy. There are also so many light switches!
Location, price
Steps, steps, steps. Not for anyone with physical disabilities. They should write that in the description. Overall everything good
A very large condo that can sleep up to 6 people. Two full bathrooms were also great! I used the gym and the sauna once and both were very nice. Didn't get a chance to play some pool, but the two tables looked good. The fireplace in the condo was also a nice bonus during the winter time. Overall, this was a great value for the money in Incline Village. I had visited there at least half a dozen times over the last 10 years and never came across this place, but I certainly will check it now in the future to see if they have availability.
They don't offer recycling anymore, so glass and plastic goes right into the trash with everything else. The condo comes with one parking spot and otherwise the guest parking seems very limited.
Spacious, great location and had everything we needed for the stay.
Decor a bit dated but overall great value for the price!
