There is no human on the premise to help you get checked in. The key machine does not seem to work well. Management was unkind and sarcastic. It was the worst experience with customer service that I have ever had in any country. HORRIBLE.

The sarcastic and unkind staff. Also, the key making machine that did not work. I prefer a hotel or lodging with real human beings who are generally kinder in person. The screen interplay allows for a lack of compassion and a less friendly experience.
