Looked recently upgraded, and clean.

Room was hot and fan provided was very loud. I could hear my neighbors talking through walls. Was hard to sleep.

cozy, spacious and quiet room, well located to shopping complex and incline beach, much beyond my expectations

It has most the kitchenware and of course it has a jacuzzi for comfort.

I would think inputting some USB to USB -C outlet around make it convenient for people to charge their electronics. Another thing would be the shower head if it's detachable of handheld, other then that it's really a nice place to stay.

Very clean and great location

Fireplace did not work and the front staff couldn¿t get anyone to fix it as it was Sunday. WiFi did not work and it was not fixed until after we checked out. The service is contracted out so they called me to say it was fixed a day after we checked out.

Super clean room with all the kitchen amenities you could possibly need.

Pillows - needs new pillows... Also, high resort fee.

It was so cute! The inside was really clean and I loved the space in the backyard with the bbq.

The hot tub is tiny, but still nice.

The room was fine but the heater was stuck on the whole time I was there and made my stay terrible. They were supposed to fix it and assured me they were doing everything but never actually did it.

Had I know the heater would never get fixed I would have cancelled the room immediately. This is a known problem and they just act like its acceptable. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Great room for the price. We were on the bottom floor and my son could go out the back patio to play in the snow.

I didn't realize that the kitchen in the one bedroom villa only came with a microwave (no oven or stove).

Heat in the suite was stuck on maximum. By the time I realized this was a major problem, it was late , I was unpacked and too tired to move to a new room. I survived by covering the baseboard heater and opening the bedroom window and patio door full.

Very spacious

No Staff onsite during stay. Wierd, automated remote checkin. Reservation not received before arrival ( I had to email to them), access to room dangerous, tv 's didn't work. Had to transfer room because no staff to repair.,,

RESORT FEE charged at check in !!! Room needed repairs, TV, fireplace, dishwasher.

Size and overall value. Lots of nice amenities and looked just like the photos.

Spa gate was broken (asked about having the resort fee refunded but never heard back also a hidden fee. Virtual attendant was odd but okay. Ice maker wasn’t working. Arrangement was odd since the 2 rooms have separate entrances.

Location is great

This room was highly miss represented all the way around. Not sure what the 20 dollar resort fee was for since the hot tub didn’t work. 1 bedroom 1 bath turned into a Murphybed with a closet shower. Room was flilthy

It was terrible the bed was broken the service was bad ,the people even worse. I very seldom give any place a bad review, being in business 46 years myself, but this place deserves it don't go there.

It was large, amentiies were new, nice location.

Kind of weird checking in remotely, but it went smoothlly. I would have felt more comfortable knowing staff was on site if problems occurred.

Nice location, very nice one bedroom layout. seems remodeled to todays standards which is pleasant and cheerful looking. My experience at this place was much better than most places.

No big deal; Only their was no sofa bed bedding Staff said it was in the closet, but there are not closets on 2nd & 3rd floor. We did not have access to the 1st floor if they meant a closet down there. So I we used bedroom blanket to cover our daughter.

Loaction in Incline Village was good (3 star)

Ive been to many 3 and 4 star hotels including Incline Village. This WAS NOT a 3 1/2 Star! It was a 2.5 Star at best. Small dated room, with bed in the wall to fold down. The bed was a double bed. Thank god I took a female friend and not my brother!

The location was away from the road so it was peaceful.

The bed was not as comfortable as I had hoped.

Great location to everything in Incline. Easy & convenient check in.
