Can't really say as we slept all that well

No smoke detector in the room in the showers were very bad hard water have plugged the shower head so it was limited to how much came out

It was close to where we needed to be

The breakfast was almost non existent and the beds were extremely hard

Dirty bedding, bugs, dirty air conditioner, felt unsafe and unsanitary. Left after only 30 min to find different hotel.

I have already spoken to one of your people about the disaster of this hotel and all that occurred. First of worst of all, we asked for a hotel in Battle Mountain, Nevada and you gave us one in Carlin, Nevada which is 50 miles further east.

It was a good spot to view the eclipse.

The room was dirty. The towels had black grease on them. The toilet had not been cleaned. I'm not convinced the bedding had been washed. And, though the reservation was supposed to be $---, I was charged $---!

Wrong room, lights didn't work, toilet seat was broken, a black hair in the shower(we're blondes), and a security guard?? just overall terrible place!

I had a wash cloth that looked like it had been used to clean the floors with. No lighting to aluminate the drive. No carpet in the room. The shower had no hot water.

Great location right off the freeway. Staff was very accommodating. Free WiFi, flat screen tv, rooms are clean.

The note in the mirror stating not to use linens to remove makeup or as napkins or you will be charged was a bit tacky.

Appeared to be a former chain hotel. Not any thrills but a perfect place to sleep for a couple hours on a stretch of I-80 where there aren't many great options.

Convenient, clean, quiet, reasonable price...

Person who was parked at my room window in Nissan sports car and ran engine for 10 minutes and woke me up at 3 and 5 am and night clerk didn't answer phone when I tried to complain.....don't stay in room 113!!!

We did not stay. It smelled like mold when we walked in and we left our suitcases. There went and did our business in Karen and then went back and picked up our suitcases and left. We didn’t ask for a refund. It was just not clean the gentleman at the front desk was very nice

Maintenance on the building needs to be done cleaning deep cleaning

What breakfast? Not only was there no breakfast, there was no indication that one existed.

There was no breakfast. It took few phone calls to get somebody to the front desk to check me in. There was no receipt.

Bed was very comfortable.

I didn’t know it was being remodeled so several things in room didn’t work. There was no breakfast except some cereal. I didn’t even see milk.

The breakfast was disappointing - just a loaf of bread, peanut butter, jelly, and a few sugar cereals. We ended up going to the gas station for breakfast instead.

crew was so disrespectfull said they allowed pets then the worker started talking on his phone in a different language and then said your puppy could not stay and he had the worst attitude ever I will never stay there again or recommend anyone to stay there
