Guadalupe Inn

The atmosphere was perfect for our trip to Santa Fe. The perfect southwest flavor with helpful staff with suggestions for places to eat and things to see. This is the second time I have stayed here and again it did not disappoint.

The room was nice and the owners are so kind!

Only thing might have been some better window shades for us single travelers comfort but I loved staying here!

It is within 15 minute walking of the historical Plaza in Santa Fe. Rooms are clean, quite. Breakfast is great.

It would not function for those with mobility issues.

Quaint, clean, authentic, not on a busy boulevard with competing motels, reasonable walk to downtown plaza, nice small patio for morning coffee and evening cocktails.

Air conditioning didn't work (in New Mexico in the summer), no ceiling fan, somewhat difficult to find, no self-serve ice machine. The office is closed after 5 pm, but a night manager's number was on the door and after calling she appeared immediately.

Bathrooms need updating. I felt it was more a 2 1/2 star than a 3.

Tucked away and unassuming at first, but absolutely wonderful. Rooms well-kept, cozy and charming. Cleanliness and housekeeping top-notch! Excellent room decor. Friendly staff.

Rooms somewhat smaller than typical hotel rooms (non-issue for me). No elevator to the second floor (need to lift your bags, again non-issue for me).

The quaintness and cleanliness of the entire place. The setting is superb. It's within easy walking distance of most "hot spots."

The bathtub is slippery when wet. Perhaps you could put down some slip proof tape to prevent someone from falling. Also, the mattress could be upgraded. It wasn't awful, but it wasn't the most comfortable bed either. Need clear instructions for tv use

Incredible downtown location, very homey/SF, and incredible value for the area. Free parking AND within walking distance to a plethora of downtown eatieries.
