Nothing breakfast was horrible alot of homeless people were coming into eat.

The room was not clean. The TV and AC did not work well

Breakfast, front desk super helpful and very nice and friendly.

Pool and hot tub were closed due to some health issue. Might not have booked if we had known ahead. I needed hot tub to relax my arthritic aches from long drive.

The room was very clean, bed and pillows very comfortable and the staff was friendly, although we only interacted with front desk clerk at check in

It was close to the interstate. They had a great breakfast.

There was Carpet. It was once great but needs an upgrade.

YES!The hot tub at the pool was closed all the time we were there and thye pool water was cold all the time we were there.

The electric plugs were hard to get phones charged. Also the homeless camp right outside my window was very interesting to watch every day and night NOT GOOD

The free breakfast was the best that we have had in a restaurant.

We thought that it was odd that we were given a room in the basement rather than in an upper floor. The basement was where the laundry was located and where hotel workers were lodged. We had made the reservation weeks in advance. Why were we put there?

Free parking. Comfortable beds.

Obviously an older property that has been remodeled but some of it still looks ?old?. People were smoking pot when n the first floor as we headed to our room although we did not smell it on the second floor where we stayed. It?s a long walk to elevator.

The staff was lovely.

The people in the neighboring room were fighting to the point of my 11 year old daughter crying and being terrified. Also the tub and shower were filthy but my kid not feeling safe was my biggest issue.

Plugs for charging did not work, really unacceptable. Also noise from lobby/pool area.

The indor pool was closed. I selected this hotel for the pool from my grandkids. Very dissapointed!!!!

Bed was comfortable. Bedding and choice of pillows wonderful. Very clean room.

Water for fitness center was empty, safe did not work in the room, no drain plug in bathroom sink. Front desk attendant was not helpful.

They put us on a handicap room that I did not request or wanted, broken head shower, no hot water

Very clean. It was easy to get into from the road. They put us on the first floor, which is always a nice thing!

The room felt a bit cramped.
