Pros +

Location was good, full apartment, comfortable bed.
an excellent host and the room was beautiful!

Cons -

Room not good for me. When you walk in the front door you have to go down a set of stairs to main room. The bedroom is upstairs with a steep flight of stairs. The bathroom is downstairs on other side and stairs to get to the bathroom. I was out of breath.
