The staff is wonderful. We left a pillow, and they called us as soon as they found it and communicated well with us to return it. The room came with robes, and we used them to utilize the hot tub. Breakfast was wonderful. I loved that there was the option of an on-site restaurant if we didn't want to go out. The room was so nice and spacious.

Great location to walking, beautiful property, friendly staff. Room was comfortable with a courtyard. Breakfast was fabulous. Joe’s Tequila Bar and the suggested tequila flight were a real treat! We will be back!

From the friendly and very helpful check-in the stay was excellent. We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready so we waited in the cozy lobby and enjoyed coffee from the restaurant. The kind lady who checked us in started the fire for us too! We had dinner in the restaurant and it was good as was the service. The breakfast was above par and the breakfast staff were so nice and helpful. Location, location, location! Easy walk to the square or Canyon road.Bonus points for free parking! All in all we had an exceptional stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved everything about this place! The ‘living room’ area that had continual wood fires burning during our winter visit, the extremely friendly staff, the happy vibe among guests and staff, the warm and cozy decor, the fabulous breakfasts, the fantastic margaritas, and the proximity to downtown, the alameda walking trail and Canyon St (art galleries), Beds and rooms very comfortable, too…

    Nothing.☺️

The Inn on Alameda was a short walk to the plaza in Santa Fe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby and Joe's Tequila Bar were great places to relax and have something to eat. The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was exceptional. We highly recommend the Inn for anyone wishing to spend time in Santa Fe.

Charming B&B feel. Friendly staff. Great location. Free parking. Bountiful complimentary breakfast. Our new first choice when visiting Santa Fe from Taos.

We felt as if we were being welcomed by family! The room was comfortable and we appreciated the refig and electric kettle delivered upon request. Local oil paintinmgs of landscapes were a great touch. The meeting room space off the lobby with big old vintage wooden table was really appreciated. Then, the breakfast! Wow what a spread! Notjhing like a typical hotel chain breakfast, this was fresh and changed daily. Front desk always helpful and cheery, cleaning staff excellent.

    Cant think of a thing!

Our room toilet leaked al over the floor. We checked in to our hotel 2pm and we then left for the remainder of the day to celebrate y husband’s birthday/. We returns to our room after 11pm and noticed water all over the floor leaking from the toilet. We noticed the front offce they wanted us to live in the middle of the night suena a snowstorm. We are still working with hotel to resolve the issue either our money back our a credit to return for one night to the hotel.

We were not pleased with our experience.
