Pros +
- The Hacienda is the nicest Hotel with spa we have stayed at in Santa Fe especially for the $--- night VIPprice. The whole butler experience was amazing and the complimentary evening food and wine reception was great as well as the continental breakfa
- Location, happy hour, fireplace in room, shower, "butler" named Lalo was kind and helpful.
- The American Indian decor was fantastic and so classy.
Cons -
- mask mandates, other than Lalo and the bartender, the staff wasn't particularly accommodating or friendly. Didn't see the value for the star rating or price.
- The Room and hotel was not as described for 4.5 stars. The alarms were going off in rooms had to call at 5am. The tv did not work.
- The HVAC system was extremely loud and noisy. Not good. The parking spaces were very narrow and a majority of the parkers didn¿t bother to stay within the lines, wasting many parking spaces.

It was very clean, great location, food great, and beautiful Santa Fe decor.
Due to restrictions many services were unavailable which would have made the hotel just perfect!
Owned and operated by native Americans, staff is engaged and unpretentious. Great location across from Tomasita's, amazingly quiet and beautifully decorated.
A little difficult to access off the advertised 527 S Guadaloupe address, but there are accesses off other streets, too.
Staff was excellent, especially the butlers who assisted in our building. Very knowledgeable about local restaurants.
Parking is very tight, only issue.
Amazing ambience and service
Dinner at hotel restaurant was very disappointing considering the level of quality set by the accommodations. Restaurant staff was very attentive and accommodating but the food quality was not up to par ... Specifically bison ribs and pork belly.
EVERYTHING! Service, accommodations, food, cleanliness, location, grounds, all first rate.
Everything...the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
There was NOTHING not to like...lovely experience hated to leave...but will return!
Superb facilities... super friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent spa service. Pool/spa is small but nice in main hotel. Complimentary parking, WiFi, continental breakfast, afternoon wine & wine/beer & hor d'oeuvres, and shuttle service.
The staff is very attentive and are eager to please, The facility is charming, well appointed and well maintained.
Nothing!
The location was near some hip areas, but a bit of a walk from downtown. The fireplace was nice.
Staff was mediocre, "butler" services were very oversold - they were unable to help with a number of tasks (spa reservations, car rentals) - basic concierge. The room was a little outdated - the "deluxe" room was tiny. Overall, not a luxury experience.
The wine and cheese happy hour was such a nice addition. We also really enjoyed the free breakfast and friendly staff.
The fitness center didn't open until 6am which I found to be a little late. I'm an early riser and enjoy working out in the early morning.
The extra activities on the lobby--Spanish guitarist, history/tour guide, etc.
High quality accomodations with knowledgable staff. Convenient location to drive, but not necessarily to walk. Best massage of my life in the spa!
Service was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and happy hour were great. Shuttle service is nice to avoid crowded plaza parking.
Our room was very dark & had horrible lighting, no natural light since windows faced spa. Not a big deal but for what we paid we were expecting a view of some sort, not people from the spa able to look directly into our windows when blinds were open.
Great hotel! Very clean, extremely friendly and helpful staff, the room was very nice. No complaints here!
it has a comfortable feel. Although it is surrounded by busy streets (nothing in Santa fe is that busy!) The location makes you feel like you're in a remote area
didn't feel that this was a 4 1/2 star hotel. It was nice, but that star level is a stretch
The staff and the hotel's transportation.
