- False advertising on working fireplaces in the rooms. No discount was offered should be disclosed up front & NOT the day of arrival. Room smelled musty. Decor was a mixed bag of yard sale furniture. Window treatments were old / half working. Weird layout.

Wonderful location. Very safe area-close to plaza. Authentic New Mexican architecture and furnishings. Beautiful grounds. Exceptionally clean.
Very minor cons-coffee needs to be available earlier. Maybe extend hours 7 to 10. Another minor con was strong cleaner smell.
The location is ideal if you trying to explore the downtown area/scene. The hotel room is very intimate, ideal for couples. They have their own parking lot.

Easy check in after hours, charming architecture and structure, real breakfast including home made tamales, great location.
The authentic character of the building and the room. Every room has a fireplace, which you can use for extra charge. The hosts are very hospitable.
