Location was alright.

Very cold reception. Nothing that would make me want to stay here. No personality to the room at all. Was nice............................ but that's all

There was a comb left by the previous guests or staff left behind?? Otherwise room was okay

The views were great, also a great happy hour

4PM checkin time is already late, got there at 3:15, close enough to get checked in anywhere else; in such a small town, there is nothing for us to do except wait in our car. Staff just sat and watched us gamble during the day and night.

Heating simply did not work and was not fixed. $28 "surprise" "environmental fee"?

Quiet, convenient

No microwave,room key would not access entry to room wing from lobby,had to walk outside and around to outside door. Would have liked bathtub with shower. Desk understaffed made for slow check in

Due to lack of workers, rooms were not made up daily and had to Call for fresh towels.

AC didn't work first night we were there, but they were willing to relocate us.

Staff was very friendly. The hotel is in the middle of Santa Fe and Taos so you could visit both places.

The hotel entrance stopped working and was left unlocked. The Cafe food wasn't that great.

The rooms seemed dirty run down and old. The rooms also didn’t seem to be cleaned well and never received daily cleaning.

Location. Located along a busy thoroughfare is convenient. Close to shops and restaurants if you don't want to eat typical casino buffet-type food. The Grill next to the buffet setup is actually better food. Parking is adequate.

Didn't care for the hardwood floors. Staying on the 2nd floor, you could hear every step of someone on the 3rd floor above. Also makes the rooms echo. Bathroom fixtures leaked. Smoke filled casino.

Location was good and hotel was clean, meals were good.

Check in staff and management staff were rude and didn't want to help, acted like you were not even there. Other staff was great.

Parking was difficult to find by hotel.

Good size room. Comfortable bed. Easy access without having to go through the casino to get to the room. Ample parking. Checkin was easy. I never did not try the WiFi. TV worked fine.

the king bed was so hard and uneven i had to sleep on the fold out bed hardly no sleep but room was nice

I liked the view from room on third floor and the room was clean and had all comforts. The casino and its buffets were a plus and if you got the casino card and had a point there was a discount. The casino had a smoke-free room and our room was too

The elevators were dirty

It was clean and the bed was clean and comfortable.

This is not a "resort" its a low level casino with very nice, clean rooms attached. If you have to spend a night between Santa Fe and Taos, this is the place to stay. The price is very reasonable compared to the Santa Claran

The room and casino were easy to find.

I like the place overall, however, we rented a room with two queen beds, but the beds appeared to be two double beds. The hotel appears to be in need of new carpeting, and the shower had paint that was pealing off of the ceiling.

It was very convenient to where we needed to be.

The hallways and elevators were dirty. They wouldn't accommodate my request for adjoining rooms.

Very dirty and dated hotel. Smelled of smoke and the upkeep was poor.
