Breakfast and the room

No tv for Friday night and Saturday, because they were changing cable companies, it was a poor decision to book this on a weekend when people want to watch their games

Room has stains in carpet Shower had rust Bathroom walls and flooring were bad Window shade was all splashed with stains

I enjoyed a clean room and a good breakfast every whole morning.

The garbage cans were full at breakfast during my three day stay, indoor pool was not heated, hot tub was drained and taped off, loud train at 3am, 5am.

Clean room. Nice breakfast.

Phone didn't work in room so I wasn't able to call the front desk. Had to take room on the bottom floor because a soccer team had kids staying in the rooms above. Shower curtain bar was loose. Some paint was scuffed off the wall behind the toilet.

Good location room was clean.

Key card would not let us in Rome. They swapped Romes second room same problem. Hours later turned on TV lines running through TV unusable.

Elevator not working - 3rd floor room No TV remote in room. It was late. Staff completely indifferent. She suggested to change rooms. It was 10P. Morning staff at check-out, also completely indifferent. Neither of them should be in the HOSPITALIT

The customer service from the front desk was not very friendly! Attention all customers on your room key card on the left-hand side in the "smallest print" it says that if you want any room cleaning service, you must ask when you check -in"

The most disgusting Holiday inn we ever stayed at. The sheets were dirty, literally dirty. The key didn¿t work, had to go back and forth to reception to ask them to change the key. A lady took ours to come to reception, we ended up sleeping in our car.

The helpful front desk man. He was very kind and went above and beyond his required duties.

The sheets for the pull out couch were not in the room. We had to ask them to be brought as well as pillows and more towels for the shower. The tub didn't drain good either.

1) No room service duties were performed during the entire stay. Zip. None. Nada. 2) The pool area is not adequately lit for guest safety 3) No hairdryer equipment in the room 4) Refrigerator did not keep beverages cold 4) Staff did not wear uniforms

Room was clean

Beds were uncomfortable as were the pillows. Website said there was hot breakfast, which was a lie. You could only pick 5 dry food items

The rooms are large enough to be comfortable and the breakfast was great.

The carpet in the room was getting a little nasty and needs to be cleaned.

Very clean and front desk staff was helpful and personable

The TV didn't work and the breakfast was not restocked in a timely manner.

The employees are kind and well mannered. You can't beat the room for the price.

The air conditioning unit was loud during every start up and someone had left trash in the microwave.The location is penalized by all the construction nearby.

In the middle of a move, the hotel allowed me to check in a few minutes early. Staff was so friendly and helpful in the midst of a very stressful day.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable.

Hotel guests were a bit noisy late at night.

I loved the close location to ENMU, the great breakfast offered. The pool was well kept. Just a great place to stay. It will be my preferred hotel when going to Portales.

The only thing I noticed, is the difference between Saturday's breakfast and Sunday's. On Sat, the gal keeping food stocked, tables clean did a fabulous job of even serving us more coffee, gal on Sun, trash was over filled, food/utensils empty. Messy.

It's near the university.

It's the only real option in town and the owners seem to know it. It is above average for a hotel of this level, but below par for the brand in terms of facility upkeep. The town would benefit from some competition.

The front desk would not answer the phone. Incompetence
