cleanliness and great breakfast
When we entered the room at about 9 pm there was no electricity for about 30-45 minutes.
Love the cleanliness of the hotel and the breakfast in the morning.
Being fall they did not have any Kleenex.
The room was beautiful, the staff was helpful and we were able to find it at the last minute. It was great. We will be back
Very new inside and out. Absolutely pristine. Nice young women in front. Caring with no attitudes. Very quiet room. Ice machine down the hall. Comfy clean room. Huge window with sun shades. Huge TV. Mini fridge was large. Clean bathroom.
Our room only had a shower, no bathtub. There was a little broken glass in parking lot. It's not the hotel's fault Portales is a little rough around the edges.
Quiet, comfortable room for a great price.
Staff was friendly and helpful
My sheets were dirty but they brought me clean sheets right away. The next day when my room was cleaned they did not leave any towels but again they were brought to my room right away
Located in Portalis, but so are two others in the same class. Their only saving grace was the quality of the cable programming, that's all.
The size of the rooms is ridiculously small. On a windy day (of which there are many), the in room heater air conditioner was like a windtunnel. This was simply not acceptable. I do not intend to stay at this hotel again.
Very clean and unique, used to be a active hotel in the 1900â≢s but has been brought back to life and itâ≢s all new inside. The Hot breakfast was great! Room was awesome, will definitely stay here again. :)
