Hampton Inn Lordsburg

No pool as advertised,Noisy,doors slamming all the time. Room service is terrible.No elevator because it’s broken.

Staff was nice

Under renovations- dusty and smelled like tile glue

The Front Desk, Maids, Breakfast Room staff was friendly and professional

Recently remodeled n A/C Filters were FULL of Dust n flared up my Asthma. Patricia, Manager assured me all had been cleaned n even after I told her they had not been the Inspector didn't come to check it so we gave up n washed the A/C Filters ourselves.

The hotel was clean & friendly staff. Right off of interstate

There?s no pool even though it says there?s one.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The beds were cozy and staff was friendly. The hotel breakfast was also pretty good :)

Nice room

Breakfast¿eggs had meat in them and when I asked the staff person about eggs without meat, she was dismissive of me. I would never stay in this ghost town again. The only restaurant was a Denny¿s. The hotel at least had some nuts for breakfast.

I did not even check in and they charged me anyway. I was in an accident and was hoping to get to lordsberg but never made it. I was stuck on the side of the road getting charged by this hotel

Friendly staff & location is Right off of I-10, had decent breakfast options with cereals, waffle maker, fresh fruits etc. Overall the room was spacious enough and seemed clean.

Back parking lot was not well lit & had large utility trucks & ones with boats/trailers taking most of parking spaces and overall parking area didn¿t feel safe. AC was pretty old, acting finicky with non working switches & didn¿t cool properly.

Clean rooms, nice beds, great breakfast.

Hot tub and pool were closed for cleaning. Very disappointed!

Pool was cold Hot tub was difficult to enter Construction noise from highway was a bit loud early in morning Not a big town very limited choices for restaurants one did delivery and was good but they forgot our side items

What a great welcome upon arrival. Clean quiet comfortable. I've been avoiding these hotels because of a bad experience in San Marcos, tx. I have twice missed my stays in Fairhope Alabama. Glad I gave them another try. This was super great! Thanks

This hotel is protecting its customers on another level. There were no toiletries in the room. When I wanted ice, I called down to get an ice bucket then I had to go get it at the front desk. The same with the iron but she brought that to me. Very clean!!

Crazy comfortable beds. Very clean hotel and area. Great staff.

Clerk would not give my grandson and me any pistachios
