- The hotel was disgusting! The sheets had horrible stains. The bathroom had mold.
- To be honest there wasn't anything tht we did like about the hotel and I hate to be tht way-I was so disenchanted wth this whole experience.We went to Las Cruces to see my daughter for Easter&I jst felt so so upset with this whole situation
Cons -
- They charge a $100 deposit this was NOT refunded. I have an invoice from them saying they released it. My bank says they did not has initiated a dispute for the deposit.
- Rude front desk. Charged me extra for ground floor room even though I?m disabled. Smelled smoke in the non-smoking room. Bed hard as a rock. Thin walls. Sketchy area.
