Cons -
- My room card key DO NOT WORK for the first 2 days! Our first day the key didn?t work at all. I had to go back EVERY TIME TO GET IN MY ROOM!! Plus the construction workers were being pervert, staring at my young daughter and self When we were at the pool.
- This hotel did not feel like a brand standard. It felt much lower quality. There was one elevator in a weird place, the carpet was patched together, the room was only cool on one side. It did not feel like a holiday inn express. We checked out early.
- The exec-kingrm was above the entry door which was extremely loud sounded like a train & bathroom floor was filthy, asked for a different room manager was very rude. She gave me a handicap room with 2 queen beds,after several attempts I got a standard
