Very Good
Review summary
The hotel is praised for its clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms with excellent beds, though some guests noted a strong scent from the cleaning products. Its prime location, ample and secure parking, and attractive outdoor amenities like a pool and hot tub enhance the overall experience. Friendly, helpful staff and good on-site dining options contribute positively, while some mention the higher cost due to resort fees.

This hotel is charming with a friendly and welcoming staff. The grounds, lobby and exterior are all lovely. The bathroom was clean, modern and stylish. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was quiet, and we enjoyed balcony views. Parking was free and more than adequate and convenient.

The location is great. Close to old town and good restaurants. Easy to reach from highway
Where do I start? There was a wedding at the property. Extremely loud music. It was as if I was attending the party. When I asked why they did not give us a room on the other side of the hotel or on a higher floor I was told that was because I reserved through booking. So in other words they punish you if do not book through them directly. This is very bad customer service. I will contact booking about this directly. If you have a wedding at your property you still have to take care of your other guests. Not my problem.I have used booking many times and I travel a lot but I have never been treated like this.Fire alarm went off around five in the afternoon. This can happen anywhere but they seemed to be particularly poor at handling the situation. We were out in the street for quite a while. Safe does not work in the room.Absolute worst thing though is the complete indifference at the front desk. If they wanted to help they could have.

Room was very comfortable. I liked that there was no tub allowed a larger shower. Bar was very friendly and welcoming to relax after a day of activities.
Lots of events going on during our stay. Elevators were very busy and crowded.
