Very spacious room with a nice bed, living area and kitchenette. Very good breakfast too!

The location didn’t seem to be in a very nice area. (But we were only there overnight)

The location was good. The size of the room was nice. The breakfast was OK.

As we were walking down the long walkway to our room outside, there was a very substantially sized pile of dirty sheets, lying on the ground at the bottom of the stairs. It remained there for the entire night until the next day. There was a dirty towel that had been left on the side of the bathtub.

Easy off/on I-40. Good location. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Good parking. The room was large and comfortable. The room was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything. Lots of storage. Great work desk. We had a fireplace but didn't use it. Lots of restaurants in the area. The laundry room was good. The bathroom was large and had a separate bath/toilet area. Good TV. Good breakfast and plenty of choices. We especially liked the lady who put the breakfast together. She was very efficient.

When we arrived, the first room we were assigned to was on an upper floor (Bldg. 13) and there was bird poop everywhere along the walkway getting to the room and also outside the doorway. There were A LOT of doves hovering in the gutters, apparently nesting there. We asked for another room and were shown a room on the ground floor of Bldg. 8. That room literally reeked of dog smell and it was overpowering. We finally were assigned a room on the lower floor of Bldg. 5 (#513) and everything about it appeared to be ok, but on the second day we picked up a dog odor. The best rooms appear to be on the second level and not under any trees. BUT, we were grateful that the guy who checked us in was so patient and made sure we were assigned to a room we were happy with. This guy should get an award for his patience. I did not get his name but he was black, slim, and VERY VERY kind. Although breakfast was good and had a variety of choices, the eggs, sausage and potatoes were lukewarm. My final comment is that the carpets throughout this property should be replaced with wooden plank floors or tile.

The staff was very helpful. checking in accommodated my special ada eds from the second floor to the first floor. The room was spacious, very clean. the amenities within the room were more than adequate, They also gave us good suggestions for us to eat dinner as we got in late. The next morning breakfast was delicious. The food was cooked to perfection. The lady that was cooking or prepping the food was polite, friendly and helpful. She to is an asset to your company. The food was hot like you would cook at home. We are from Washington State and in our travels around, this by far was the best hotelin our travels. Thank you

Location good. Quiet and easy to get on expressway. Space for dogs.

The room and linens smelled terribly like someone smoked for years. Although the property is supposed to be non smoking.
