Comfort Suites Albuquerque/North Journal Center

Great location close to alot of stuff. Comfy beds. Easy check in. Rooms were big, even had a separate living room section .

Breakfast was so-so, also there was hockey tournament that weekend . It was a bit noisy with the kids running up and down the halls . Bathtub water was draining abit slow.

Convenient, comfortable, and quiet. It's not too bad of a location. A/C is wonderful. Showers as well. Didn't get to enjoy the pool. Staff were professional and courteous.

The beds were comfortable and the room itself was very spacious. We enjoyed the sitting area because it was separated from the beds we slept in. Couch was comfortable enough to sit and sleep in. Air conditioner worked very well. We had enough towels and without asking our room was cleaned after our second day. Definitely appreciated that. The breakfast was descent but unfortunately all 3 days we were there; no juice was available. Strong wifi and plenty of light in the parking lot.

The fan in restroom was loud enough we could hear in both the living area and where we slept. Not sure the use of it because the light switch also had a fan attached and came on every time we turned the light on. Not so much of a compliant, just confused by it. If I could suggest one thing different for breakfast, it would be to have hot oatmeal rather than the individual packaged oatmeal. Most hotels for breakfast offer hot oatmeal and when there isn't much of a selection or the selection isn't something you could eat because of allergies, oatmeal is preferred. Either way, I would stay again and recommend.

The location seemed safe and inviting. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast options were wonderful. Options included bacon, eggs, biscuits, gravy, hash browns, waffles, cereal and more.

Right off the freeway and close to family. Lots of parking.

Hot tub wasn’t working

Location was cool off the interstate and I had very good parking was easy to find get in and out

Only thing was someone was smoking Marijuana somewhere around our room and it was bad but we also didn't say anything either soooo

Good location for us. Our daughter lives just 1.5 miles from this hotel

Breakfast was decent. But... one morning when I wanted cereal, I discovered that the milk for the cereal was bad. I thought the air conditioner was too loud in our room (#101). Also found it odd that the bathroom vent fan was vented into the bedroom space. The result is hearing the vent fan more than necessary. Discovered that the vanity sink faucet would not allow any water flow on the hot water side of the faucet. Maintenance was advised and it was fixed the next day.

The location was good.

There is no parking whatsoever. Not sure if you have rights to the parking lot south of the building. If so you need to let people know.

Good breakfast options. Front staff very kind and welcoming.
