Location, however parking was a challenge.

Hallways were painted without notice to customers about repairs/maintenance which caused a strong smell to linger for 4-5 days. I was nauseous/dizzy every time I walked the hall to exit/enter my room....---/night, you should be more courteous to guests

Very spacious room with powered black-out drapes and shades for all windows. The full kitchen is very practical and useful for long-term stays. We stayed for 12 nights so did use the kitchen a few times.

The water pressure of the shower was rather weak. The sofa bed mattress was very bad and I could feel the springs in it while sleeping. Room service was lacking and we were only given fresh towels only twice in 12 days. The floor was not that clean.

The bed was amazing!! The staff was SUPER FRIENDLY!! My only complaint was the breakfast options weren¿t varied, however, other then that, EVERYTHING was amazing!

The complimentary breakfast was not so great :(. Maybe more options.

We've stayed occasionally at this hotel, breakfast is great but same egg menu everytime. It will be great if they have other options.

This is our second stay at this hotel. Same amazing service with rooftop bar. Great to have all day coffee service at lobby and delicious breakfast in the morning. 5 stars again!

Best about this hotel is no way to make any complains about their facility and staff. Probably the best hotel in the US in this price range. This hotel is more like a high end resort hotel with killer roof bar! Thanks for the breakfast that was awesome!!

This hotel truly felt like a home away from home! The rooms were exceptionally clean and had an apartment-style feel, which made the stay incredibly comfortable. Cleanliness is always my biggest concern when staying at hotels—especially the sheets and furniture—but our room was completely spotless and odor-free. I also loved the thoughtful touches, like the white noise machine, and the mattress was super comfortable. The staff was kind, polite, and welcoming throughout our stay. I had no issues at all and would definitely stay here again!I loved everything—genuinely, there was nothing I didn’t like. The room was fully furnished with coffee cups, plates, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking tools. The living area was spacious, as were the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, which made the stay feel comfortable and well thought out.

The location was perfect for us to travel in and out of the city.

Check-in was not accommodating. We were told to wait 20-30 minute to receive 2 rooms on the same floor for convenience for our group. However, when we returned, we were told there would be another 30 minute wait, This was way after the check-in time. Therefore, we took separate rooms on separate floors. And the additional wait time caused our trip to the city to be delayed about 45 mins.

Rooms were not cleaned regularly. Staff could be unhelpful. The breakfast was not always great.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Close by the stores and Waterpark. The staff was amazing. I highly recommend and this will be and my family stay hotel everytime we visit.

The beds could have been a little more comfy, but they were still to a good liking.

The shower was fine

The fact we were 6 in one room and had to remind staff we need blankets and towels for 6 instead of 4 every day. The fact that breakfast did not meet our standards with often not having bagels or milk for coffee. The sofa was not comfortable nor representative for kids under 7, which felt every qioul in the mattress, unbelievable for this kind of establishment. The self service drying machine just kept our clothes damp, and was not performing as expected. Bottom line 6 of 10.

The breakfast was good! Didn't expect all the different options. Love the crepes and the mini eggs, and chicken sausage. The yogurt bar was amazing!!!

I thought our bathroom was going to have the black toilet but it was only in the suite. But when looking on the website it didn't specify that. So, when I made the comment of making sure we had it and we didn't. The response was will make sure you have it when I book online.
