Hampton Inn South Plainfield-Piscataway

The room was very clean new amenities. Staff was vey friendly and helpful.

What my husband and I like best was breakfast was included with the stay.

I would recommend a microwave in the room along with the refrigerator. For breakfast I would recommend egg whites omelette with no meat for those who prefer a non meat option

The staff was very friendly. And it was decorated for the holidays very nice,

Breakfast was typical hotel food. But they didn?t have fresh fruit every day! Out of seven days only three!

The hotel staff at the desk were pleasant and helpful.

We had a two day stay at the hotel. When we returned to our room it was not cleaned. We were able to get fresh towels from the geentleman at the front desk.

Yes I was sleeping and the fire alarm went off for over a hour and we had to leave I was upset and there was no apology or a discount nothing

Location The staff was prompt in fixing the problem with the TV. I initially thought guests were being checked in before me ( I arrived early, 12:30 PM), however,  (at the desk) explained the reason why

Check in to my room was 20 minutes late!

The room

Fire alarm went off at 2am and there was no fire. Maybe someone was smoking or pulled the alarm but I didn¿t get the sleep I deserved because of this.

The location

I was in A room with no bolt lock, which was unsafe. Noise in the hallway. When I call the front desk stuff told a lie. I had ask for room service and didn¿t receive.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel decor was older, but very clean. Location was very convenient.

Was located near major highway and very busy area so it was noisy at night. We did not mind because the location was so convenient but keep noise level in mind if you are looking for a quiet place.

The problem was I received a rolling shower to my surprise that wasn¿t what I said I wanted . Nor did I expect that so there was no other rooms available so I had to stay there . It was embarrassing and uncomfortable shower .

Clean, ambiance was the best in the area, staff super nice, room was super clean. My only bad experience was the limited tv channel access.

The cable channel selection was very very very limited, mostly fox related channels

Clean quiet convenient

I lIked the staff, the breakfast choices and the room.

The location, staff, cleanliness and breakfast. Everything was quiet. I was greeted by the front desk staff with a smile and made to feel welcome as soon as I walked in the door.

Location was good Room was clean along with hotel

Room had to many issues. Sink was clogged, shower head was broken and the air conditioning would not turn down below 81. Staff did not seem to care on the issues when I said something.

Really did not like the roaches that were found in my drawer dead or alive but after we got the room thoroughly cleaned and smelling better then the manager took care.of the whole.bill so all was well and got better.thnx.

Staff was very nice

had a king bed and needed a pull out but they did not have any left
