Staff is extremely rude and they'll laugh at your face thinking you don't understand what they say because they speak Spanish

There were cops pulling up to arrest somebody as I was combing to check in, had to wait to be treated and checked in was checked in around midnight

Yes. My reservation was all messed up. Hotel was full and they gave me a smoking room and I pleaded for another room. Never happened. So I had to stay in the room causing me to be sick due my severe allergies.

No microwave , Iron or fridge

Certain rooms have microwaves an refrigerators an certain ones don¿t. They charge you more for the rooms with the microwaves and refrigerators and it be the same room design as other rooms .

The room was nice & clean. I was able to do our laundry in the 2 washers & dryers they gad available.

The hallway smelled of weed & smoke.

Credit card machine is not working and I paid cash from my pocket. Restroom lights are not working..

Rooms were not clean no towels dirty and smelled like smoke. I believe my credit card was compromised there. We were thoroughly disappointed.

They could add rooms with microwaves and a small fridge. That would make the room so much more complete.

Yes. At the counter I stood there politely for a good seven minutes before someone asked can I be helped. During my check in that was good because the guest agent was kind and polite when I came down from my room their was another agent.
