- Good customer service
- Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of outlets for laptop, phone, etc.
- Location was the only good thing about this hotel.

- A few of the guests were a little sketchy.
- This hotel was not welcoming at all, they had roaches in the rooms, with no wash cloths to wash. The hotel needs to be fumigated and cleaned. Wouldn't go back again.
