- The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive. Staff were very responsive and professional.

- Restaurant has to definitely improve particularly for evening , service and menu .
- Long walk to front desk.
- The front desk staff treated the guests like assembly line widgets. They were not personable or interested in who anyone was as a person
