The rooms was comfortable

The hotel had a 21 day policy and didn?t tell me when I checked in. I told him I would be there for 30 days and they said it would be OK then on the 21st day they told me I had to leave and come back after a couple days, but that was very inconvenient.

Staff is awesome! They need a raise! I don't even have to ask for a wakeup call they already know! Quite and private.

Easy check in and facilities were adequate.

The cleaner didn’t replenish my coffee packs or clean the kitchen area. Also they didn’t make the bed the second day.

Man in charge of breakfast was inattentive. He didn't refill the food that was empty. He seemed more concerned with his phone. Luckily, there were other options of food to eat.

The staff is very friendly, check in is easy, it is a perfect location for why we were there. The beds are comfy, and the room was just what we needed. We come with an antique fire truck and the parking lot is great for the room we needed.

This was the first time that there were some guests that were loud but that is all.

It was clean, close to restaurants and shops. Has a fridge, oven top (no pots or utensils to use it though) and microwave.

From the photos we saw we thought we would have own little lounge. The location looked like a rough side of town. Behind the door gave you prices for the stay yet we payed double over the weekend.

I drove from fl to this hotel a 20 hour trip I booked a handicap accommodating room I didn't receive that I was put on Second floor I booked a kitchen room but was not able to use without also vacationing with my own dishes or paying and additional 45$ for one pan. the sink leaked the entire time. Behind the beds were dirty nasty with food and candy wrapping I was denied and other accommodations and refused a refund unless I left the property and with no other place to go I had to suck it up

Location, it was close to a wedding that we attended and close to lots of amenities. Linens and towels were clean. Breakfast wasn’t too bad either with plenty of choice!

Everyone around us smoked near their door so our room stunk of smoke (which with a 2 year old was awful!) There was a socket hanging from the kitchen wall and the front door handle wouldn’t latch which meant that we had to lock the door shut when we got home. The floor was also filthy! My daughter dropped some crumbs and when I’d got it up with a wet wipe, it was black! Decor and furniture is very outdated!

Everything was great except the mattress

The bed was extremely hard, firm, basically no bounce. So sleeping on the mattress there was difficult.

I loved the facility and continental breakfast! Staff was wonderful!

The only issue I had was a blinking light from our smoke detector that woke me up a few times at night. My sister had a different room and had the same complaint.
