- The best thing is the Heart Shaped Hot Tub inside the room! It¿s relaxing after a LONG day of walking thru NYC!! Highly recommend this room! The room is priced nicely for what you get out of it!
Cons -
- I had reservations for two nights and they only charge me one and made us get out the next day I was not very happy about that they never took enough money off out for two nights and didn't have no more cash on us and had a card but they wouldn't use it
- The snobbishness and arrogance of staff
- Not a safe area, lot of ppl live here for long term and they just sit in the alley or at entry and stare ..not at all safe hotel , rooms are horrible, hotel and rooms had weird and stinky smell
