All members of the staff were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.

Lamp on bedside table did not work (bulb should have been replaced). Blanket was very thin. I had to raise the heat during the night to be warm.

Thought the winery experience would be interesting...it was not...no personality at all.

Large room void of any personality. No refrigerator, coffee maker or anything to make a two day stay comfortable. Also no room attendant to provide fresh towels or freshen up room.

Rooms could be renovated, but not critical. You have to think about breakfast in advance, restaurant opening at 11 am and the closest diner about 5 mikes, meanwhile coffee/tea available in a morning

Staff was wonderful! Pool area was delightful. Golf course across from hotel was a lovely place for a stroll after dinner at Joseph’s restaurant (in hotel). While some may say there are some areas to update, it reflects Tuscany quite well.

This place is on its way to being a terrific destination, renovation is being done, it we found that more interesting than bothersome.

Beautiful décor, good restaurant. Wine tours, golf, close to Atlantic City Very Clean.

The room did not have a refrigerator, any coffee and the wallpaper in room 202 was damaged where furniture was removed. Bed and other parts of room were very good. The WiFi connection for our cell phones was bad.

Extra large rooms that are very clean. Beautiful pool area and surroundings. Coffee and pastries were provided in the morning. Free parking was a lus.

The hotel needs some renovations because it's showing wear and tear. Simple things like changing the rugs, removing fake flowers and old looking quilts can improve the appearance. Having a fridge and/or microwave in the room would be a good idea.

Room 103 was really nice,huge room, comfortable bed....great price

Lack of coffee pot and mini fridge

VERY quiet. The wine tour and tasting was not only informative but well run and very worthwhile.

The faux french vineyard motif was a little much.

The room did not have proper lighting for it's size. Bathroom needed better fixture and/or newer lightbulb.

I stay on business so just need a clean room and comfortable bed this hotel exceeded our needs with complimentary unadvertised breakfast, friendly staff, very clean, great location in Egg Harbor near my work location - Great Experience!

No the opposite they had a gold course and winery would be a great place for a business meeting/retreat!

The hotel was very charming great pleasant staff. Gorgeous lobby. Everything was clean. Perfect outdoor sitting area and beautuful pool area too.

The hotel was charming and lived up to the pictures and previous descriptions and actually surpassed expectations. The winery was charming. I would highly recommend to friends and family. I will be going back to enjoy the golf course next time.

It was very nice looking but there were bugs.

Loved the place but there was a brown flying roach in the hallway (we killed it). We had rented two rooms. There was what appeared to be a carpet beetle in one of the beds (also killed that) but our son & his wife got no sleep because of it and we were very unsetttled all night about the roach in the hallway just a few doors down from our room.
