Actually no. Except that my withheld deposit is yet to be refunded to me even after several days that I checked out of the hotel. Please act fast on this.

the location is the best

some of the parking in the garage is awfully designed. There are metal cages/fences around the pillar, but the cages are so low that you don't see them when you sit in the car. I scaped my car badly because of these cages. wish they had a sign.

Only the location

The services and room condition were bad. Many broken facilities were not fixed, so I had wash my face and hands with only cold water at sink. Even many ants were on the carpet.

Location, overall cleanliness, staff, breakfast options

Breakfast was good but refilling was taking too long. Also staff there could be slightly friendlier. Carpets in rooms need shampooing. After walking on it with white socks for 10 minutes, the socks was dirty and stained.

Great location. It was very clean! Safe environment. Friendly staff!

We previously have stayed at 2 nearby Marriott properties during the past several years. This Homewood Suites Hotel was far superior to those River Road area properties both in pricing and quality of environment and overall amenities.

Nothing was inconvenient for our three (3) night weekend stay.

Rooms beginning to show their wear¿. Paint on doors worn; shower caulking needs replacement ; wallpaper in bathroom beginning to pull from wall.

The trash was overflowing in the hallway. The whole floor hallway was stinky. The white office chair had a whole lot of mold on it.

This hotel is in a great location with plenty of restaurants around. Staff was friendly and very helpful with navigating our first trip to the city. We stayed in a king studio. It had more than what we needed which was a nice surprise. We will be back.

I loved our suite. There were 2 TVs & we were able to hook up to ROKU. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean. Front desk staff was nice.

My only gripe was the breakfast bar not being open (although I¿m sure this was because of covid). We got prepackaged egg and cheese on English muffins that didn¿t taste good at all, tasted fake and rubbery. But the bagels definitely made up for that.

I Loved the location!!! It is so close to shopping and entertainment as well as the Hudson River and New York City.

The hotel has a kitchen (that’s primarily why I booked to stay here) but no ventilation or hood over the stovetop. When I began to cook using the pans from the room, the poor quality pans and lack of ventilation caused the smoke to trigger the alarm.

OMG!! It was an amazing hotel for the price!!. super clean, and very nice staff!... the breakfast was great too!

Staff was very nice and accommodated our request for a different room. Breakfast was very good and included fresh fruits. Even happy hour food was great!

The spacious room and delicious breakfast. All day fresh coffee served.

1. The room they gave us was not what I expected. They gave us a studio. Even though mistake was resolved shortly, that was not good experience. 2. The location is not good to trip NYC. Always need to use tunnel which is expensive and traffic-jammed.

It was clean, comfortable and hospitable. The people were friendly.

We spent significant time traveling to NYC. Next time I might pay more and stay in the city for convenience and time. The buses were very nice, though, and so was our stay.
