Price was great, very clean, the location, rooms are spacious, and staff were nice and helpful. Having a kitchenette was great. Beds are very comfortable! The shower was also really nice.

The room was a little stuffy so we kept the temp at 64

Accommodations and staff were great - very informative and attentive to our needs.

Cleaning staff should ensure rooms are swept, and towels are refreshed every Saturday. Beds should be made daily as well.

I did not like the fact that the hotel allowed me to make a reservation when the hotel is closed for renovations. I was put in an awkward situation and spent more money at another hotel because I needed to find a room.

The hotel is in the process of a major overhaul right now which I was not made aware of until arriving. My room wasnt available and I was giving another one with a different size bed. The hotel is very very dirt with building materials and trash all over.

Overpaid for this hotel room. The second night was advertised for 169. We were on the 3rd floor and there were no working elevators. There was only one total. I'm 62 yes old and did not expect to be carrying my luggage up 3 flights of steps.

Nothing. Generally an upscale crack house which should be summarily torn down.

I was expecting a pool and fitness room, both were closed due to COVID??? Broken furniture Rampant mold and mildew - I left with a significant sinus infection. Didn't get maid service - when I asked the front desk for towels/wash cloth - disinterested

very very very bad mold everywhere, holes on walls just taped over with wallpaper my 6 year old also stepped on a nail sticking out the floor board and the smell was terrible was there for about 10 minutes until I decided that I cannot keep my child there

Smell of pot and cigarettes plus the drug dealing and green algae pool place is a dump.

Room door does not lock! Had to report multiple times. There was no selection of breakfast, they only have cereal, milk muffin and bread and no coffee. Pillows are old and shrinked small, bedsheets are uneven, etc..

The room was dirty and dusty, the bathtub hasn't been clean in a long time and the carpet urgently needs to be vaccummed.The hallways we're dirty as well they really need to pay more attention to that.

Staff was friendly and courteous . Room was big and neat.

Breakfast was suppose to be served. And nothing. Nothing juice machine broken. Waffle maker no where in sight. The pool was closed for cleaning. Indoor pool. It seems like closed off on purpose. Plus the lower floors smoking weed wasn't good.

the rooms were dirty!! there was no breakfast available. the room in which the breakfast was "offered" - the ceiling was collapsing and a garbage can was placed to collect falling debris. there were holes in the wall and the rooms smelled

The staff were really nice. And the location was convenient coming off the parkway.

Everything was broken from the entrance to the room. It also had a very weird smell. We dealt with it since it was 1 very short night. Wouldn¿t recommend or come back. If I could attach the photos and videos I would. It felt very unsafe!!

The room itself was decent, nice size

The room was nice but the drapes were dusty, that¿s something that could have easily been rectified with a vaccum. The bathroom has mildew.

Very disappointed. The entrance roof was broken and leaking. The receptionist had a terrible attitude. There was barely any breakfast left at 8:30 am. The breakfast room was filthy.

The location was close to work

Hotel was in desperate need of repairs, outdoor front lobby entrance had rain pouring through it. The room needs repair, no daily housekeeping. No continental breakfast, only cereal, waffles only on the morning of my checkout. Coffee had granules in it

Very run down, insecure, not cleaned during stay, pool out of service, one of two elevators out of service, common areas had trash in them, locks on doors to outside were removed so insecure, advertised as hotel, was a motel . Lady at the desk was nice.

To leave as soon as possible,the place is unkept and nasty it is not fit to be human inahabitance the place will not pass any state inspection.

There is no room services I had to ask for linen service dirty laundry is washed and returned later bed bugs in the bed had to visit her gent care for bug or spider bite.
