- The location is very safe
- Staff- kind, helpful, smooth check in, quiet room, slept well, sheets felt clean. Staff being helpful is huge, appreciated.

- Management and staff needs customer service training
- It was outdated and it could've been a bit cleaner
- Water pressure in shower was not good. maybe just our room? Cannot use transit was a big factor- overall nice stay.
