Everything was perfect, why doesn?t this hotel have a higher rating?!?!?
Staff was horrible with absolutely no sense about customer service, especially when they made mistakes and had no intention to fix the issue. There was trash left in the room from the previous customers so clearly they didn't clean the room
The room was spacious, had 2 queen beds, a table with 4 chairs and a kitchenette

Cons -

The attendant on during night shift and his manager were absolutely ignorant and arrogant. They gave wrong room and when I showed them what I paid for, then they asked me cancel the reservation. It was past midnight and my family was already in the room
We were bitten in the legs by some sort of bug while sleeping? Horrible! The receptionist at this hotel was the slowest most incompetent person I?ve ever encountered. And the general vibe of the hotel was not welcoming. Lot of traffic noise!
Room and furnishings are getting a bit dated, bed skirt was worn, carpeting had stains.
