Hilton Garden Inn Camden Waterfront Philadelphia

The view over the water is fabulous!

I am an avid coffee drinker and the coffee maker was filthy. The lady at the desk said she could not get another one and was not able to give any my options to get something as simple as a cup of coffee.

The location along the Waterfront was peaceful, with friendly and professional staff. Both the hotel and the room were immaculate, and the food at the grill restaurant was delicious!

I like the location being close to the Aquarium, Camden Athletic Field, and Battleship.

The Hotel is way overpriced for what it offers. Cheap looking rooms, poor quality furniture and appliances. Customer no service at the front desk when you need assistance.

Location is great for concerts

The hotel held onto all the rooms until the concert schedule was released and charged a ridiculous amount for the room. Our air conditioner was broken .we were moved to a new room for the second night but it smells like a big dog and view was not as good

The hotel caught Fire. and had to evac at 445 am. So I only got to sleep 3 hours

We arrived about 10 minutes after our 3:00 check-in time to find that there were hundreds of angry guests waiting for rooms to come available and were advised of a 2-3 hour wait time.

Staff was very helpful and friendly

Did not like that parking in hotel parking lot was not included in price,that it was an additional fee. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that has to drive and park in their lot.

Gate would not open on way out. There should be a more seamless exit..card instructions to open are a bit confusing

Very clean and the staff was awesome. Location to the Venue (Freedom Mortgage Pavilion in Camden, NJ) was a 10 minute walk. This area very safe and clean. Nice waterfront location with gardens, walkway and benches along the river.

Filthy carpets. Shower was very filthy especially on the outside. The refrigerators have visible signs of extreme arrest, and it was impossible to adjust the temperature.

This hotel was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and kind. The rooms were clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the river.

Location of hotel was great but the rooms were very tight space.

Elevator took TOO LONG Parking for your car is a ten minute walk away from hotel not attached

This hotel offers spectacular views of the bridge, the water, and the city, both day and night.

We heard someone yelling from a car as soon as we parked outside the hotel. As we were enjoying the views when we got to our room, we immediately witness a group of people racing. The good side was that we also saw a lot of police patrolling the area.

There was not enough staff in the restaurant. Our dinner was served cold. Upon checking out the hotel did not provide my bill.
