Hampton Inn Turnersville (Philadelphia Area)

Convenience to location that I needed to travel to Coffee and tea bar open at all hours

For some reason, the hallway in the wing I stayed was very noisy. Did not know if it was staff responding to something on the floor or a group of guests but the noise went on from 10pm to midnight.

Indoor pool was posted as an amenity and I called to double check. They told me there was a pool but failed to say it was closed for renovations.

Yes they advertised a pool when we got to hotel it was under renovation did not say that while we booked

The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was great the 2 mornings I had it.

My bathroom was not clean and had someone else's poop in the toii

The staff was very accommodating and friendly

First room the AC didn?t work. It was 80 and when we turned it on it sounded like a jackhammer. Second room the sheets were dirty they had obviously not been changed. Third room was cool and the sheets were clean but there were ants all over the floor.

At breakfast, I did not open the warmer as yet for the scrambled eggs, but was told not to forgetclose it when I am done. The scrambled eggs were cold.

I requested a room with a Jacuzzi paid extra for it got there, and there was no Jacuzzi rooms available, and there was no compensation that was given the Hotel was undergoing a remodeling and it was a mess

The accommodations made for checking in after hours!

Even though it was late when we checked in, the person checking us in was not very pleasant.

The bathroom was not very clean. The soap containers were dusty and dirty and the soap dish was just swiped with a rag it looked like.The sheets were yellowed and didnt look dry clean. The walk in shower got water all over the bathroom. Very old mattres

The gentlemen and second sfida who worked front desk was excellent. I believe his name was Sheil. The comp coffee was nice and breakfast

Th woman who worked breakfast 1st day..awful. Scratching:digging in her head. I asked 4 cranberry juice 2 min after closed.explained I have kidney probs She saidNO and shut door in my face. The pool was reason we booked advertised online & was closed

The mattress and bedding were excellent. The staff was pleasant at the desk and in the breakfast room.

The wood headboard had spots from where heads had rested. It may have been clean, but it was off-putting. The bathroom floor clearly had not been washed. The shower ran cold for 5 minutes and then became only slightly warm. The sofa bed was shabby.

The wifi was down for a bit but that was due to cable company working on towers near by.

This location is very conveniently located on SH42!

Bathrooms need updating especially showers & toilets. Rooms & bathrooms need deep cleaning. It looked as if coffee splashed onto the very old wallpaper on the room & no one cleaned it up.

Great, staff - receptionists. Room service, Clean hotel, friendly people.

only booked b/c I had children &they wanted to swim, but there was nowhere on online that the pool was closed due to Covid and considering it has been going on for about 2years they need to update the website,the only spent the extra money &drove farther

Breakfast

We asked for room service. Got it on first night, but not second. Fitness room equipment not in working condition.

even tho I didn't eat their breakfast, at least they served one with quite a few choices. most hotels are serving coffee only - or - coffee and a muffin.

asked to have room cleaned and came back to a messy/uncleaned room. their excuse was understaffed.

Microwave in room and great morning breakfast. And also the fridge and very comfortable bed.

Carpets could be vacuumed better.

Handicap room did not have adjustable shower head. Cleaning of the room including trash removal was no existant breakfast was a boxed bagel

Nice room.

Empty drink containers left under the sink. Believe they were Dunkin iced coffee cups. Pimple popper tool wrappers left in drawers. Door was sealed with a Purell tag saying the room was clean and sanitized, was far from it.
